****** when dealing with this company! Company will give you a hard time and lie when you want to purchase bullion of any kind. DO NOT LET THEM talk you into purchasing old or rare coins. You will probably NEVER recover the money you will lose by listening to these people. Fast talking thieves! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Beverly hills sales representatives are shady characters. They have inside information and wait for the products of metal to be going up before they will contact you again. They purchased the medals at a $100. More than the medals are worth. And then when you go to sell them, they sell them for $100 less than they value at the current time, I guess that's their profit I don't know. When I went to sell them, they sold them for a hundred dollars less than the value. I shut my account On july the seventeenth. It is now september the nineteenth and I still do not have my metals. Equity trust is the company that they use for your *** account. Do not trust them, I close the account. On July 17th, it is September the 19th. And I still do not have my medals. Equity metals charged me fees that were never disclosed. It is taking me 38 communications to get them to process my request. That should have taken 10 days. Please do not TRUST EITHER COMPANY. It breaks my heart that general ******************* and a lot of the Christians that I follow recommended Beverly Hills Precious Metals. I hope no one else is experiencing this. I have never been so disappionted in a company. RUN....

Sloppy and insecure packaging when items are sent to clients. Company evidently does not take much pride in their services, which is remarkable considering the high value of the materials they sell.

Had an amazing experience with BHPM, I highly recommend them. People who complained about not getting answers, probably didn't understand the process up front. Pack your patience because converting my *** took about two months from start to finish. They were transparent about the process and the timing up front. They're still in business for a reason and their customer base is very loyal...also for a reason.
