    I had bought *** candy bars from this company as I reside in a legal state. I've had no issue ordering products online since it is not against the law here. I had checked to see how their delivery and shipping policy worked because it's still a new hobby for me and I would like to steer away from it spelled trouble. I was met with a minimum of quantity order, which was fine since I figured if they're the only vendors for this product, I'd have to understand and oblige.The loops and hurdles, due to their e-commerce not being "set-up properly" was definitely tedious but once again, I obliged.I didn't receive any order confirmation or receipt in regards to my order but they had informed it was shipped and on its way.The order number was relayed later than they had anticipated and I just accepted since I had already paid and to be honest, what could I have done?I awaited a day until I received a notice from a logistics company that informed me that my package was intercepted from the authorities. It was annoying to say the least. The insurance company asked me for additional payments to procure "insurance documents ($150)" so that they could release my package. At this point it seemed super fishy so I contacted the company where they refused to help. They assured me that the money would be fully refundable upon the release of my products but it didn't make sense that they couldn't post that bond. I had no receipt or transaction evidence from them to prove or refute anything. I further asked them for a refund which they denied. In their policy they do not state the potential dangers of this type of situation. Instead they're shipping policy states that they would work with the logistics company, which they refused to do so. I'm left with no choice with no money back, no product, and just a unfortunate experience. I hope they don't scam any other people hence when I am filing this
