    This complaint is filed under the incorrect Franchise and location!  Please remove this from our account immediately!  We have called the ******** Franchise that serviced this customer and verified that this complaint belongs to their Franchise and their location which is independently owned and operated separate from ours.  Please provide confirmation this complaint will be removed from our record and the appropriate filing and follow up with Molly Maid of Central ******** will happen. They can be reached at ************ or ********************************************* If anything further is needed from our location please let ** know!

    I hired Molly Maids to do a move out cleaning for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. I informed the woman that baseboards and vacuuming were not necessary. My biggest concerns were the windows, window window seals, cupboards, bathroom and the oven and fridge. They were there for 3 hours and missed many areas that were discussed. I was charged $622.40. My windows have streaks, the windows seals were not cleaned, the bathroom windows complete missed. They sent a second crew out and they still did not clean the bathroom windows. The windows have even more streaks. They have a 24 hours reservicing policy and when I called them Friday, three times, no one answered. I informed them they did not have authorization to process the credit card until the services that were promised were completed. They ran the card on Thursday evening, before the second crew even came to complete the first crews areas missed. I have asked for a partial refund and they are refusing. I have had to hire another company to come out and complete Molly Maids missed areas and had to pay an additional $200.00
