On 11/14/2022, a service technician came out to check on my heater as it wasn't working. He check for power to my motor and it showed no power so the technician said it needed to be replaced for close to $500. I approved it since I need a heater for winter. He went and bought a new motor and installed it and yet, still no power to the motor. He then check some wires on the control panel (that they replaced back on July 21st) and switched 2 wires then the motor started working. I asked him what it was and he snapped at me saying he doesn't work well with people watching over his shoulder and refused to answer my question. He then returned to his van while I used the thermostat to turn on the heater. Once he returned, he asked if the heater was working, I said yes. He then had me sign for the work and took off out of my house. With no power to the old motor nor the new motor once it was installed, now did he determine the old motor was bad. I called the company and spoke to a manager and she said she would call the tech and get back with me. She called back after 5 minutes saying the tech told her the original motor had power and wasn't working. He lied since I was watching when he tested the original motor and it registered no power.
