Harassing my phone every day 4 to 5 times a day... I do not know them and never got money from them.. they also provide PI information over the phones without confirming if their talking to the correct person... They hang ** in your face and are very rude... I think it's a scamInitial Complaint

Someone left a voicemail saying his name was *********************** and he needed to hear from me in ***************************************** I returned the call and a man answered saying, , Litigation. Can I help you? He says theres a fraud charge against me for a loan I supposedly took 4/23/14 that went delinquent in either 2017 or 2018. He wasnt consistent when asked to repeat what he said. He even stated my entire social security number to me. Ultimately he became argumentative and hung up when I requested documents and questioned him. Im certain this is a scam, but Im very concerned about them having my social.Initial Complaint

In February of 2023 they opened a collection **** on my credit report. They are seeking $580 for what I have no clue. They have provided no paperwork and have not contacted me about this. They show an original date of sometime in 2017? I have no idea what they are doing with this and I see their business history is a disaster so I cant help but think this is a scam. I dont want anything from them other for them to remove the bogus collections account they opened. Thanks for the helpInitial Complaint

I was contacted by credit recovery services in July of 2021 and was told that they were attempting to collect a debt for greengate services so I have been paying on it since July and paid it off last month (November 2021) and I got a call today that it was a scam through credit recovery services and I needed to dispute with my financial institution and they can only dispute the last 60 days which is not even half of what I paid them! WhAt can I do for my full refund?Initial Complaint

My family received a call from a supposed debt collector trying to collect on a **** for Green Gate. They did not contact me at all. They left my DOB, last 4 of SSN and supposed docket number with DA of county I live in. I called the DA's office and was informed this was not a valid docket number. My boss then got a call three days later. I called the number and was told I was being served the next day and criminal charges are being brought against me if I did not pay this debt from over 4 years ago. I
