    In Sept of 2022 I had my right passenger lower control arm replaced by Firestone on ******* Road. ****** let me know my car was finished. I picked it up and drove it until March of 2023. While driving my car broke down on a busy watt Ave. I could barely get it out of the street. My son had paid ****** to get it towed to my apartment. We had to save money to try and have it inspected. Towards the end of March, my son had it towed to a shop on ****** Ave. *** looked at it and let us know the lower control arm on the front passenger side was missing a bolt, which caused the car to break down and the axle to break and lodge into the transmission. ****** told me to bring my car in and they would look at it and if it was their fault it would be fixed. On April 5th my car was towed to them. They kept it until May 29l0th 2023. The transmission was replaced two times and the axle was fixed. (I was told this by ******) I asked if the body damage would be repaired as the wheel when it collapsed was shoved back into my passenger panel near my front passenger door causing damage there. I told him after driving the car up the street to get gas that I heard a sound. They had a tech drive with me and he said I needed breaks and motor mounts. I had the car inspected by another Firestone and they said my breaks all around was fine, just the front passenger was missing a clip on the caliper and I would need motor mounts as they could feel a little shift in the engine. I filed a claim as I was getting no where talking with ****** or ******. The claims agent sent me back to the same Firestone. They drove my car approx. 10 miles and ****** said there was nothing wrong with the transmission but I should get a diagnostic and if it's the transmission they will cover the cost. The transmission is having multiple codes, axle is making noise too and there is damage to my car near the front passenger side and possible other damage as a result of the break down.     Hello, Good morning i put a new Tire in my ***** vehicle from the firestone while back. last month while my wife was driving the car one of the tire got very low air and my wife just drove to the some tire shop and they fix it. But tire was still losing the air so i took the car to the firestone shop to fix it or replace the tire. fire stone employee told me they cant fix it or put a 1 new tire. They have to put all new tire. i told them you guys' put these tire while back and it just drove around 27k since tire is good for around 60k and i pay lot of money for these tires and its not old. they told me they cant do nothing even since they charge me hazard warranty when i buy the tires. I called few times on there main office every time they told me some one will call you back and resolve this issue but i never got call back. please i really need help in this regard i cant pay another $1000.basicley when buy the tire they say every thing covered and charge lot of money now they don't know .please see the old receipt when i put tire and new one they give me new tires estimate. its very unfair to the customer. please help me Thanks
