    Great advice! Blade was just stuck and needed to be forced with the broom (I used a wooden spoon). Thanks for saving me $200 in repair costs!

    **************** is horrible they put you on hold and then tell you they will call you back or email you and nothing. My drain is still not fixed, and the charges are out of control. The manager was not well trained in customer service and basically had no time or understanding of my concerns paying a fairly large bill for services that didn't even fix the problem when grantee that it would. I asked to speak to the owner and again no return call. The owner of the company needs to reevaluate the staff and how to treat customers with concerns and not tell a customer your lucky we didn't charge you by the hour because we charge $300.00 an hour (really)... Very disappointed with this company and the customer service the office staff and manager displayed towards my concerns as a new client. Charged for still a clogged sink and only asked for a partial refund. BEWARE

    Their team descaled, hydrojetted and relined all of the pipes in our facilities. Professional and attentive. The project took a bit longer than anticipated and there were some unforeseen obstacles, but they addressed it in a reasonable and timely manner.

    Fast and efficient. Plumbing in general is expensive but I felt the price was fair and they gave me a warranty too. I am giving them 5 stars for that and their communication. They let me know who was coming to my house and even sent me a text with their face and customer testimonials about that plumber. Over all good experience.
