    About 11:30 am today (Oct 10, 2023) I bought gas at the gas station and then decided to use the car wash as there was no line. The car wash wouldnt take my credit card so I tried to pay with cash. I selected the $8 wash and inserted a $20 bill which was all I had. The machine took my money and then cancelled the car wash.I talked to the clerk who said sorry but there was nothing he could do because he couldnt access the car wash only his mother could. I asked to speak to his mother but she was at lunch. I asked when she would be back and he told me at 12:30. I told him I would come back and speak to her.I went back about 12:40 and spoke to a different male clerk (possibly the father). I again explained what had happened and that I was told to speak to the mother. He asked me for a receipt so I again explained that there was no receipt because the machine took my money and cancelled the wash.He asked which car wash I had selected so I told him the $8 one. He said he could give me the car wash but not my money. I asked to speak the the mother because her son said she was the only one who could access the car wash and give me my money back. This clerk told me they could all access the machine but I would have to wait until the end of the month. I asked for a business card but all he would give me was the address on a register receipt.They were all very unhelpful, rude and lied.
