According to information in BBB files, this business is no longer in business.

In May 2020, BBB investigated ZR Consulting LLC’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by the seriousness of consumer inquiries received by the BBB. Consumers allege the business is making spoofing, robocalls, unsolicited phone calls, and charging upfront fees when assisting business owners with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

The Consumer submitted an inquiry to BBB, stating that they were contacted by ZR Consulting LLC, dba US Capital to help with their loan assistance applications (known as the SBA and PPP loans). The consumer was convinced to sign a document, sent $2,499 via ACH to US Capital, and provided personal and business identifiable information. Once the funds were submitted to the business, communication between business and consumer was little to nonexistent. The application to the loans was never completed or submitted and the consumer missed the deadlines. 

Through an investigation, BBB sent the company an SBQ (Standard Business Questionnaire) on May 14, 2020 and June 2, 2020 via mail. The business failed to return either one of the Standard Business Questionnaires sent.

Additionally, BBB requested ZR Consulting LLC, dba US Capital, to substantiate, modify or discontinue advertising claims made on their business website  (https://uscap.co/) that read:
 
"We maintain a A+ rating with the BBB"
 "We offer various financial solutions for start-up companies and new businesses."
 "US Capital offers financing solutions for business owners with any credit solutions."

The business also does not display a Privacy policy on their website even though they accept personally identifiable information.

According to BBB Code of Advertising 1-1.4 & 16.6.1

1. Basic Principles of the Code
1.1 The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB.
1.2 Advertisements which are untrue, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, falsely disparaging of competitors, or insincere offers to sell, shall not be used.
1.3 An advertisement as a whole may be misleading by implication, although every sentence separately considered may be literally true.
1.4 Misrepresentation may result not only from direct statements, but by omitting or obscuring a material fact.

16.6 “Easy credit”
16.6.1 The terms “easy credit,” “easy credit terms,” “liberal credit terms,” “easy pay plan” and other similar phrases must be used only when:
Consumer credit is also extended to consumers whose ability to pay or credit rating is below typical standards of credit worthiness;
The finance charges and annual percentage rate do not appreciably exceed those charged to consumers who meet generally accepted standards of credit worthiness; and
The consumer is dealt with fairly on all conditions of the transaction, including the amount of the down payment, the period of repayment and the consequences of a delayed or missed payment.

BBB contacted ZR Consulting LLC regarding advertising concerns. As of June 18, 2020, the business has not responded to BBB's request.

Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records, but may also wish to contact legal counsel, their local Attorney General's Office, and/or file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight.
