1 starDo not recommend. Was told that I would be able to use this contract anywhere relatively easily. One dealership told me they flat out dont accept the contract, another had me wait four hours before telling me they were having issues getting paperwork sorted for me to use it. Attempted to cancel, was told by McGraw that I was not able to, despite not using the service. They told me that nothing holds dealership to use contract, so they can essentially say no to using it, leaving me with the bill. I explained that with this logic, I am paying for maintenance twice, and would like to cancel. Still said no, and told me to call next time I tried using it, despite just telling me that dealerships reserve the right to not accept McGraw maintenance plan. Scam. 0 stars, website forced me to put 1.

Mr. ****************** first contact with you occurred after you had already submitted a request to cancel your maintenance contract. As previously communicated, these maintenance contracts are non-cancellable.
We have no records of any communication from you or any dealership attempting to use the contract for service. Additionally, it appears the selling dealer has not communicated with you since the sale.
Please note that it is at the discretion of the servicing dealer whether they accept our maintenance contract. If they agree to service the bike under the contract, they simply need to complete a brief form outlining our service guidelines.
Alternatively, the dealership from which you purchased the contract is fully authorized to service your motorcycle under its terms.
