Doctors Business Network was paid to credential a dentist in our office and they had us pay ********* and did get him credentialed with ANY dental insurance companies. I filed a complaint with the company on 8/16/22 and received an email that is was going to be looked into and have heard nothing since. I have called them over 10times trying to get this resolved but it seems like this company is ********** and ************* what they do and stole our money. We want a full refund at this time so we may hire another company that actually provides ************* services.

This complaint is in reference to ************************************. The panels are and were not closed in the credentialing request. Its 2 years later and I personally have been credentialing****************** the past 2 months. This business completely misrepresents what that can do for business. They do not properly communicate nor follow through with anything. They took our offices money and in return we received nothing. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Our response is still the same, the Provider never communicated/responded to DBN timely

We contacted Doctors Business Network to help our small pathology laboratory get insurance credentials to be able to bill patient's insurance, this is what they promote that they do. We sent all requested documents and paid $475, we started speaking with them at the beginning of 2021 and paid the money on 7/20/2021. After that we kept being told they were working on it, but have not heard anything from them in last few months and do not return calls or answer emails. Any help with this fraudulent company would be appreciated.

Date of Transaction was *** ** ***** I contracted this company to credential me (a healthcare provider) with a list of major insurance companies so that I can be ********** provider. The person who was my contact, ***** ****** would literally call me multiple times a day and was so aggressive to close the sale. Once he had my money, however the communications stopped. I would ask for updates and he would promise to give them to me, but then never would. He eventually stopped communicating with me altogether until I sent a scathing email listing out all of the reasons I believed I had been scammed. He told me a blatant lie that a new manager had prevented them from having any contact with clients, but that person had been fired just the day before. When I demanded an update that had been promised, yet undelivered multiple times and filed a dispute with my credit card company, I finally received a portal link. This was 7 weeks after I initially contracted them, and I had to get my CC company involved to even get this. I was promised a refund on a company that they said was not an insurance provider, but failed to give me said refund. He said he would get back to me after I sent an email with my dissatisfaction with his services, and promised to check in on me later that day. He never did. I received the link to the portal the next day and have not heard anything else from him or the company. Medicare has rejected my credentialing due to failure on the company's part to provide requested documents for more than 30 days. I was told it would be 90 days to get me credentialed with insurances, which would be August 5th, but they are asking for it to be extended now until end of September, which is largely due to their gross negligence. What's more is that **** is not even listen on the client portal as having even been started with the credentialing process. They have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it.
