    I had David McKale from Loyal to the wrench come out and do a shed extension. He had a habit of telling me he would be back in an hour and then I would have to call or text hours later to see if he was coming back or not most of the time not. Anyway, the shed extension leaks, the concrete is rough and very uneven. He used cans of spray foam to seal the walls and roof, which I have pictures of how shotty the work is. I have giving him since October to fix all of it but he's chosen to not come back but had no problem taking the money

    In Response to his complaint, the spray in insulation was used around the A/C unit. It was used because the customer Mr. Flerity had me do more work than was on the estimate. Didnt want to pay anymore for a better seal. I had already replaced 4 of the pieces of siding and only estimated him 2. When this was added to the work order after estimate was submitted. The soil we dug up and had us use to landscape his parking area and refused to pay for that also.  All of the friends of Mr.Flerity thought it was a good job. His next door neighbor said " Looks like its always been there". The concrete was because Mr. Flerity had me rush this job. I worked near 10 hours some days. The job was comoeted in a timely matter. Mr. Flerity knew what the concrete and the seals were when he paid me. Never complained to me at all about it. Paid in full and was happy with the job at the time. There was limited materials to use due to the low budget of the customer. If he wanted premium products I could have furnished them if he wanted to pay for them. I was out of pocket 400$ because he added work without compinsaiting for materials or labor to move durt and spread out. I believe that I went above and beyond for Mr. Flerity. As you can see in the pictures above the walls are flawless. The rubberized coating he furnished was half a bucket, luckly i had a extra bucket for roof. Again mr flerity didnt want to pay for that either. The out come of shed was built to spec which was the work order originialy.
