      I have banked at many banks and credit unions over the years. I currently have accounts at three ********************************************** and two banks. I have been with Pima Federal for a long time, because of a mortgage. But I need to say they are one of the most user-unfriendly banking operations I have ever delt with. The have more app/website problems, longest wait times when you call in to a branch and more fees than any other banking institution I have experienced. I cannot wait to separate myself from this credit union. And if I was shopping for a new bank or credit union, I'd keep shopping, if PFCU was one of your considerations.

      I have had this happen to me almost every other weekend I use my debit card they whoever that is marks it as fraud. So it automatically blocked Therefore I cant make purchases or use atm This is bull crap! I was not able to do my grandsons birthday because of this Saturday and of course the bank is closed!Card services is worthless they cant help at all I have money in my account and cant use it!!! That should be illegal..Im changing banks my poor 4 year old grandson

      I have had my accounts hacked/ stolen 7 times in the last 4 years. Often times **** declines to reimburse me for the theft.

      Pima Federal Credit Union htye **** they won't tell me who took thousand dollars and that I can't get anything I may own out if my stepfather safety deposit box and if there is anything that happens to be my mom's with out a lawyer or a warrant from a judge and the same thing for finding out who took out the money and what they spent it on my mom and my disability use to go in to this account because of what has happened to this account we had to open an local account at a local bank where we live I will take them to court and get on a TV station to get my point across .

      I read through all of the complaints and NONE of them are addressed so its no wonder why they treat their customers as **** poor as they do. Specifically, ***************************** and her boss *****. ***** told me I could go above him but it was pointless because it would just come back to him. So the employee beneath him continues to be rude, dismissive, and disrespectful and he allows it. How the business responds and dismisses valid customer complaints should tell you everything you need to know.

      It is insane to me how all these people have the same complaint and yet they are dismissed just like I was. This bank has been so rude to me every time I call. They fully took advantage of Covid and didnt help people at all during these hard times, now I see I wasnt the only one. Aside from that, my card was just put on a hold because my rent money came out! I have been paying this for years and its been the same amount every month. I needed gas, at night with my two kids yet my card is on hold. We cannot get ahold of anybody to release my funds to me on this emergency. I have been told over the phone to get a Loan if need money so bad, I have told to choose my battles which is either get a loan or overdraft. This is just a few memories I have with PMI. Aside from waiting on the phone for so long, I get told unprofessional things as if they are paying my fees I have accrued. I also had fraud with zelle when it was first introduced to this bank, they said they couldnt do anything about it. Literally this bank has been the worse experience I have ever had. I worked at a bank and Im not sure how they are even running when theres no code of ethics or just how the treatment to customers is so unprofessional. Who hires these people? Who is watching their customer service? Who is even training for the customer service roles because honestly it is a sucky job they are doing and obviously they dont care about their customers.
