On September 3, 2025, Bard Peripheral Vascular Inc entered into a Settlement Agreement with the Florida Department of Justice. The Settlement Agreement settles allegations that the business knowingly falsely claimed that tests conducted using the FloChec and QuantaFlo devices were reimbursable by Medicare causing healthcare providers to submit false claims to Medicare. Under terms of the Settlement Agreement, the business agreed to pay a total of $7,200,000 of which $3,600,000 is restitution.
