I never signed or was contractually obligated to service with GoDaddy. I believe my calls were recorded with the person who initially signed me up Alaric; I have his number if needed. I only had an initial call with Alaric and one brief call with an account manager which I had to cut short. A financial responsibility has come up for me in my personal life and I need to cancel and not start the service with GoDaddy which at this point I have never actually received any service from. I spoke to a horrific so called Manager named Sebastian who was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He said he needed to have a conversation with me prior to cancelling service. I told him to ask what he needed to and we can complete the cancellation. He then told me that I could not cancel my service and I was verbally bound. He said I could not proceed with initiating services but I would still be responsible for the charge of $561.04. He said there was no-one else I could talk to in the company; he was the only manager and there was nothing I could do. I am disputing this with my credit card and feel obligated to report them for this horrific act. I want my money refunded for services that were never rendered; not even the slightest.
