            I bought these HERMETISE at Mall of ** . The sales girl sold me some body products which I think my daughter needs them. She was very pushy and my daughter who is autistic wanted . It was around $200 dollars and she said that it wasnt refundable. Ok I accepted it but then she envolved me into look their mall location which I accepted in case something wrong happened with these products. She ended selling me another face products for my daughter for about $300 they said just anything wrong to come back to them. I went back with product and receipts on hand . And they DENIED a refund. My daughter **** had a terrible reaction and now I cant recover my money because people can sell Harmful products and nobody stop them they should be processed as Scammers and put behind bars because their product is not safe for the face . I dont know about the body lotion because I gave them to friends.

            I was approached in **********, **. I give the product,so far 4.5 stars. I purchased the eye treatment. A real problem area for me. Huge! While the first use helped minimally, now after using for almost 3 weeks now, I and even my husband noticed a huge difference. I gave $200 for 1 product. Now yes that is a lot of money, the product is good for 4 years of use. $200 divided by 48 months makes it about $4.20 a month. As for the sales person. Way to pushy!!! When you have a good product, and it does what it says, you should have to engage in such deceptive practices. I will search for a direct way to purchase should I choose. Seriously, turn down the high pressure sales tactics. It was the product that I was interested in, your sales person didn't have to push.
