What a complete and utter scam. For your "registration fee" you get nothing but access to a dashboard that allows you to purchase "official merchandise." I let my 13YO daughter do this (WITH HER OWN MONEY) because she suffers anxiety and likes to take our dog with her whenever we can... when I did more research and realized what it was I asked for a refund, which of course was denied. I am currently disputing the charge with my visa company, have blocked them from further charges and have filed a complaint with the BBB. PLEASE do your research. I've since learned that there is NO SUCH THING as "official registration," and that if in fact you state that your animal is a service animal, BY LAW HE OR SHE IS. You cannot be denied entry or service anywhere, except where food is expressly prepared (so you can be in the restaurant, just not in the KITCHEN). Don't abuse the law of course to get your dog a free seat on a plane, but DO use it as needed and DO NOT give these scammers one red penny!!!
