My A/C went out in my townhouse around April, just when the weather is too hot to bear outside, especially with a baby. We called a local competitor, who came out and did a "free estimate," which cost $79. The total price for the unit, labor, etc. was just over $10k. I obviously did some price shopping and came across Steven's Plumbing, which was way more affordable, given the circumstances. In addition to having a better price, they actually had a group of guys come inspect the unit the same day that I called, just to make sure everything would go as smooth as possible, without them having to make multiple trips, and more importantly, without having to make us wait days. The repair was done within 24 hours of my original call, so my family didn't waste any money on a hotel room.

Great service, price and customer responsiveness. They performed the work in a timely manner are very knowledgeable.

Called me before appointment and the gentleman who did my work called me before he arrived. They actually give you an appointment time. Installer made sure he cleaned up everything after he completed his work. It is great to have an employee that loves his job and pride in who he is working for. Thanks for a 10 star job.

After researching methods and contractors to replace a leaking water main, we selected Stevens Plumbing and AC. The method used is not used by all contractors installing water mains, but we found that it worked very well without disturbing existing landscaping and pavers (thereby saving us additional time and money). The technician arrived on time, performed the necessary preparatory work, supervised the scheduled subcontractor, who arrived on time, and completed their work the same day in a professional manner. We'll definitely consider using Stevens for any necessary plumbing work.
