If I could give Blueacorn negative stars, I would! Was told that my loan had been approved in May of 2021. Said they attempted to deposit it in my account.....lie! Put it at least 50 help tickets and go nowhere! Horrible! I was counting on this funding to keep my small business open.

Blueaccorn is a fraud its been over a year since I got funded and all they every have to say is my application is being manual reviewed I just sent them an email and told them to withdraw my application and that I need proof that I didnt receive my funds so I can get it to ppp forgivenesswaiting on their responses but if they come with some bs best believe lawyers will be involved

OMG they are horrid! No IT support or PPP assistance with forgiveness. I literally put in 20 help desk tickets without resolution. Fly by night operators! I am at a loss to describe how truly bad they are.

The worst company I have ever conducted business with. First and foremost it took me over a year you're to receive receive funds from my PPP loan. Everything with blue acorn has to be done through or tickets or emails.. There is no one you can speak to. If you have a issue that has to be resolved immediately it takes DAYS OR WEEKS to get done. Because of this problem blue acorn has cost me several hundred dollars. I received my loan on a debit card. BlueAcorn put a $500 spending limit on it and will not allow me to make transfers. HOW MANY COMPANIES CAN PAY BILLS OR DO PAYROLL WITH A FIVE HUNDREAD DOLLAR PER DAY SPENDING LIMIT.

They are a Scam!! I was approved last year. My funds we returned due to a error with my bank it took them until yesterday to let me change my bank information so I Put the correct bank information in and pictures of my ID like asked for them to tell me my Application was denied and it cant be reversed but I was SBA APPROVED now Im denied and wont get the funds I was approved for this is crazy! So Im getting legal counseling involved this cant be right

They are scammers, theyll use your personal information and get the money from lenders , after months sending me emails and text messages , never funding the loan , theyll tell you first that you was approved and after you signed the contract theyll posted on the *** that your loan was disbursed and forgiven , while you still waiting for funds, just find out because a friend of mine told me about Caweb.sba.gov I search myself and find out that they lied , they posted a loan # and the amount , that I never received, hope the government take care of these people, I guess they get some benefits in using our personal information, thats for sure

They are horrible. I was funded in June and did not receive my funds until December via a pre-paid card after going through hoops to get the card sent to the correct address. Once I received the card and started paying off business debt and people I owe all of a sudden my card is locked by Blue Acorn and my funds frozen and my application was randomly placed under "Internal Review" and no one can tell me why. They keep sending these repetitive responses to my email but cannot tell me why my account was randomly chosen and then they are saying it takes a while but I still have people I owe and things I need to do. My business is back in the red because of them and I am highly disappointed.

Blue Acorn contacted me countless times to apply for a "100% Forgivable Loan opportunity. . Finally, I applied and was approved. After several months I contacted Blue Acorn to coordinate my Forgiveness.I contacted them numerous times for several months via email and phone. No response. After several months passed I received an email informing me that I must contact a Lender I had no knowledge of. I asked Blue Acorn why was I with another Lender. They never informed me they were NOT a lender. Had I known this I never would have given them my personal information. The new Lender Prestamos was even worse than BlueAcorn if that is possible. Not only did they not know I had received forgiveness on another loan a year previous to their loan. They filed the loan as a 1st draw instead of a second which they weren't supposed to do. This information was with the *** all they had to do was look it up. After several more months I received an email informing me my loan would be due soon if I couldn't explain why I had two loans within an 8 week period. I was outraged! my only loan outside of theirs was forgiven over a YEAR ago! I forwarded the two loans to ******************* so they would correct the error. I asked the representative to please acknowledge receipt of the two loans. As of this date 1/26/2022 no has returned my calls or acknowledged my emails.I am forced to file my complaint with other agencies. I pray this helps anyone who wants to do business with Blue Acorn or ******************* . DON'T DO IT!!

They stole my money now the sba is asking me to apply for forgiveness for money I didnt even receive

I WAS FUNDED BY THE *** BACK IN APRIL AND BLUE PPP STILL HAVE NOT FUNDED MY ACCOUNT. THE *** AND BLUE ACORN ARE HARASSING ME ABOUT DOING FORGIVENESS ON MONEY THAT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. ALL THEY DO IS LIE TO ME AND TELL ME THE MONEY IS ON THE WAY. THEY HAVE GIVEN 3 FAKE TRACE NUMBERS TO VERIFY WITH MY BANK. THEY EVEN LIED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS ABOUT ME GETTING A PREPAID CARD. I AM GETTING READY TO FILE A LAWSUIT AND REPORT THEM TO THE ***, BBB AND WHOEVER ELSE I CAN. I WOULD NEVER ADVISE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE LITERALLY STOLEN MY MONEY FROM ME. AND HAVE THE ***** TO TELL ME TO GET IT FORGIVEN. HOW CAN MONEY I NEVER RECEIVED BE FORGIVEN? *************** IS WHAT THIS COMPANY IS. BEWARE.
