    0 stars. I made clear to the insurance agent that our property had four different houses with four different addresses. She wrote the policy so that only one was covered. The other three were considered structures but uninsured as houses. So I called the Turbo to get the other 3 covered. After weeks of non-communication, I called again. Finally ****** let me know they wouldnt help us out. I repeatedly asked for a partial refund since the policy was written under false pretenses. Again no communication. DO NOT USE TURBO INSURANCE!!! They are unprofessional crooks! Edited: See their automated reply below. Thats the phone number Ive been calling for almost a year - with no response! Very unethical and incompetent company.

    -Minus 5 stars-I sooooo would give minus stars if I could.......everytime I called *****, my representative, my call went to voicemail. Be prepared, he screens his calls and returns them only about 60% of the time and when he does return the call, he is uninformed and has no answers.... he has to pass everything on to the home office and then maybe they will get a hold of you. I urge you to contact them, do not wait for their call, if returned it won't be timely..... I had found that there is not one person in the company, after they had my money, willing or concerned enough to assist me.....all I had were questions, I did not even have a claim, thank God, because I believe it would have been a nightmare to try and talk to somebody and then to receive help and guidance, I shudder at the thought... I can only imagine what effort I would have had to exert to be made whole, if that would happen at all...smh... they have totally lost my trust.... I warn you, look elsewhere ... there are much, much better companies....

    First I was provided incorrect information and charged more than quoted. Subsequent emails AND voicemails go unanswered today is day 3 without a response. Terrible service from the beginning which is why I am dropping them.
