    I used List Perfectly to cross-list items between Etsy and ***** The company advertises itself as a safe, reversible tool, but they fail to disclose serious risks that occur once a user disconnects. After canceling my subscription, multiple Etsy listings were corrupted photos were swapped between unrelated listings something that never happened on ****. This occurred because List Perfectly overwrites Etsy listing data through its API, and once the connection is removed, those mirrored image IDs get ********************************* is aware this can happen but does not warn users, likely to avoid blame. Their terms contain vague disclaimers but no clear explanation of these consequences.While I was a paying customer, their auto-delist and inventory sync features also failed repeatedly. Sold items stayed active on other platforms or were delisted in error. When reported, support staff blamed **** or **** rather than acknowledging software flaws.List Perfectlys lack of transparency, shifting of responsibility, and failure to warn sellers about potential post-disconnection listing damage is deceptive and harmful. Sellers deserve to know that leaving their service can cause permanent listing corruption on *****Desired Resolution:I want List Perfectly to acknowledge this issue, update their user disclosures to warn sellers before signup, and offer guidance for safely disconnecting without data loss.
