Arizona Pristine Roofing was the second company I got an estimate from. It turned out to be the correct company to do business with for my roof. The reason it was the correct choice was not because they were perfect but because they were very helpful in getting me through my first experience with roof replacement and when ever I had an issue with something they rectified it quickly, professionally and with great customer care. I would highly recommend **********************.

We are extremely disappointed in the quality of work performed by Arizona Pristine Roofing. Problems include:1. Leaving our roof unfinished while fraudulently telling our insurance it was completed 2. Fraudulently reporting to our insurance that they did work they never did 3. Preforming poor quality work that showed deterioration and gaps within days 4. Up-charging us for work we never agreed upon Beware of this company, they are the worst we have ever delt with.Arizona Pristine Roofing

This is a very disappointing review and inaccurate reflection of our company. We worked so hard for this client. Their insurance denied their claim we worked so hard to overturn their claim get their roof approved and were successful. The client cried because her roof was torn and water was getting in we dried it in temporarily so no more water would go in and it didn't until the funds came in from the insurance. We got a minimal deposit because insurance withheld over 30k but we weren't worried because we were "under contract". We did and completed the job prior to Christmas which she delayed and interfered with our job site. Client advised insurance her job was complete so they released her funds. Then made all these claims that her roof was not done and kept her money. I have proof of everything and this client is awful. We have sought out legal counsel and now this client is trying to defame our character by trying to hurt the reputation of our company.Review fromTanya C

5 starsWhat an amazing company! My mother needed to have her roof replaced so we went through a few different companies who all said the insurance would not cover it. When I reached out to Arizona Pristine Roofing and told them that other roofers said the insurance wouldnt cover ******* just wanted a quote, they pointed out several areas where there was hail damage from a few months ago. The insurance did fight it and it took several weeks of APR sending proof to the insurance via video and samples but finally they were able to get the insurance to cover it. They really fought for my mom and her house. They were very kind to my mother and explained every step to both of us. Even worked after hours and on the weekend to get the information needed. If you want a reputable company with stellar customer service, grit, and immaculate craftsmanship, this is the company for you!Review fromgreg h

5 starsMay 26, 2023 *********** were very professional and they responded to our questions right away and gave us a very competitive bid. After we accepted their estimate, they set-up a schedule for the roofing day that same week. Their roofing crew complete our roof replacement in a single day! We were very pleased to have our roof completed in a time-frame that we wanted. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof!.
