    I purchased a vehicle from place back in April 2, at the time I test drove the truck 3 times and everything look great. When I was signing the paperwork they gave me one paper to sing that stated that the vehicle was inspected and that anything that had more then 50% of wear and tear it was replaced and because they were recommended by a family friend I trusted that they would do good by their customers. I made a down payment of $4,000 and have made $300 payments every 2 weeks. Fast forward 3 months to June I started hearing like there was something wrong with my brakes and had my husband check them and unfortunately they were completely worn out down to the metal and can clearly see that this happen from the vehicle bearing driven with no brake maintenance for well over a year. When I called to tell them that they had made a mistake their response was that there were not responsible for it because I didnt notice within the first 15 days. I completely understand that if it was something were I was at fault then I would accept my mistake and apologize but this was something were you can tell that it was neglect and laziness of their service department. That fact that they want to make it seems like it was my fault for not checking everything is ridiculous all I was asking of them was to be reimbursed for the money that I spent on parts and they flat out said there was nothing they could do. Worst service every customer service is also a joke and they dont even ***** about their customer. They didnt even have the decency to accept that they made a mistake.

    On 06/08/24 ****** reached out to a representative of Bueno Used Cars, **** and instructed them your brakes needed to be replaced. You asked for reimbursement and we said yes we would. We asked for receipts of the repairs performed and a picture of the odometer of the current miles that were on the vehicle. 


    On 06/29/24 we reached out and requested for you to send over the receipts and gave you a phone number where to send the pictures to. The receipts were never sent over. During this time of waiting for ************* to send us the receipts for the repairs performed. She also fell behind a few days short of being three payments past due, in which we did not exercise our right to self help.  


    Bueno Used Cars, **** is waiting for the receipts so we can verify what was replaced and the amount. So we can turn them into our attorney's office. On 06/29/24 we made you aware once we verified what was paid out of pocket we would deduct that amount off your ending balance. Our goal is to remedy this issue but lack of cooperation on your part is why there has been no remedy. You can email over the receipts to ************************************ and we will take that amount off your ending balance.
