    Ordered a winch from them days ago and have not received any confirmation or shipping information. Have tried reaching out several times and havent heard anything back. Paid using PayPal so Im going to contact them to start a claim

    I purchased a truck grill from NP Motorsports Sept. 19, 2023 for $309.99 and received it on Sept. 29. However, the grill did not fit my 2023 **** Tremor, which NP advertised it would do. I contacted NP for a solution and/or replacement and they responded one time with an unhelpful email. I finally asked them for guidance on how to return the grill and obtain a refund and they have not responded. I emailed them multiple times now and still no response. I now doubt their integrity and am contacting you to do what you can to help resolve this situation.

    I purchased an item from NP Motorsports on June 18 2023 for $326.40. I also paid $35.03 to *** for Import charges on June 28 2023. This was the day I received the item. Upon opening the package, I saw that the item is not as it was described. They sent me an item that is broken and has pieces missing. I tried to contact them via their website at: *************************** but the only contact information that is listed for them is their email which is: ************************ This business intentionally mislead me and sold me a defective item. Now they are not responding to any inquiries from me. I want someone to take responsibility for this mess.

    Business claims returns are accepted. I received my order after a couple of weeks but decided I was not happy with the product once received. Product is unopened and in brand new condition. Tried contacting business over a couple of days and have not received any response to process my return. There is no phone number anywhere on the site, nobody responds to the chat option on the site, and all my emails have gone unanswered.

    I purchased an item that was not listed correctly on there site. I reached out to the company regarding the issue and requested to have my purchase canceled. I was told by the customer service rep that a cancelation request will be submitted. I few days later I received an email stating that the item was shipped. I reached out again to customer service and ******* started insulting me via chat. I would like to file a complaint with the company For this crimination.

    Customer filed a dispute with bank and wont return item after asking for return. Leaving ** out the 400$ purchase therefore customer is not relevant with response when purposely keeping the product after asking for return

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
