      Have a panel that has not been producing any electricity for a considerable amount of time. It died some time In 2023. I sent them proof of the panel not making power for the last year and they stopped communicating with me. Just want to get the panel replaced.

      Im currently paying two separate bills, the solar panels and APS because I still have not been fully set up through solar. It has been well over a year and nothing has been completed. Ive reached out multiple times via phone calls, emails, etc. and have yet to hear back from anyone. Theyre stealing my money without providing a service they promised and signed on. They also promised to pay the solar bill in the meanwhile of being installed and waiting for approval and have failed to do so.

      Solar panels do not work right. First months electric was $45.00 from then on ****** plus. Plus we are paying for the panels each month.

      In July 2022, we signed up for SunUp America to install solar in our home. At a cost of $47,650. for the unit installed, they said we would get a federal rebate of approx $12,000 that will be applied to the principal our loan payment will be $177 per month for 15 months, however, if the rebate is not applied payment becomes $240.67 per month. We discovered we would not get the rebate since we are over 65 and do not have enough write-offs, so we went to a higher payment. Which is higher than my electric bill was. Last month my electric bill to *************** was $260.00 plus the $240.67 for a loan which is outrageous for a retired couple on a fixed income. They offered 5 years A/C serving twice a year which has not happened. My system is producing 1/2 the amount it was at the beginning. We cannot keep paying this amount. Calls and emails have not been answered in the last six months. The unit was to warrantied for 20 years and right now I cannot find anyone willing to cover the unit.What can I do?

      We have no missed calls from you, we did respond to the email you submitted, you only put your frst name on there so we weren't able to find you. If you could please respond to our email. Also you are pasxt your 2 year workmanship warrenty, however we would be very glad to see if there is something going with your production.

      Company installed solar generating system on our roof. They did not seek approval for design. They then failed to install according to the plans that were approved. Solar system is not currently functioning properly. Several attempts have been made to contact the company. Staff phone numbers have all been disconnected. There is no answer from the service department. Calls and correspondence are not replied to from mail, email, and phone calls.

      This company promised the world and installed a solar system that worked for less than 90 days. They will not respond to any form of communication. There main number is an answering machine that is never checked. Complete scam and do not ever use this company!

      Called several times, left several messages to the 844 number listed on website, no return call. The circuit breaker in my tesla breaker panel, installed less than a year ago, that controls my kitchen in the event of a power outage does not have sufficient amperage and keeps tripping when I use normal kitchen appliances. I would like this addressed under my warranty, but cannot seem to reach anyone. Why? This is beyond ridiculous and annoying. I understand you may not be taking new business, but at least stand by your warranty and do right by your customers.

      We purchased our solar panels in August 2021, didn't get them installed until October 2021. We were told so many empty promises, none of which have been accurate. We were told our tax refund for the solar panels would be substantial to pay down the solar panels to avoid increase in payments and interest, that was a lie. Only got $1,000 back. Now we have higher terms and payments. $40,000 loan with no benefits. We were told we would generate enough energy we wouldn't have an electric bill and the electric company would be paying us, that was a lie. We still pay $100- 700 a month for our electric on top of $225 a month for the solar payment. Now we have malfunctioning inverters with a permanently closed solar company. How am I supposed to get my solar panels fixed now? This was by far the worst company and decision we have ever made. Extremely disappointed

      I signed a contract on 01/11/2024, they cashed my check for 50% of cost on 01/17/2024. Materials arrived on 01/29/2024 along with installers. Work was performed and completed by 01/30/2024. county inspection was completed and green tagged on 05/16/2024. Several residential interconnection application, clarifications or corrections starting from 06/07/2024 have yielded nothing fruitful. Sunup America LLC is trying to operate under Sunup Arizona LLC contractors license. I have no paperwork of a amended contract stipulating that Sunup Arizona LLC will be my servicing contractor, which is not a approved Tesla solar system installer or servicer. They have received almost $48,000.00 of mine and I still have no functioning solar system over 6 months later. The issues they have with not having their ducks in a row on the residential interconnection application is in no way my fault, very much their shortcomings in job performance. Whoever resides over this responsibility would be fired if I were the boss! I don't want to hear about phone issues, you responded promptly when I threatened going to the registrar of contractors and the arizona attorney general using [email protected].

      I contracted with SunUp solar in Sep 2023. After numerous delays, the solar installation was finally operational by the end of April 2024 and is working satisfactorily. However, as a part of the installation a new main line had to be run to my house. SunUp coordinated for the trench to be dug, the new line run, then filled the trench but SunUp never completed the landscaping required to restore my front yard to its original condition. I have had no luck in contacting anyone at SunUp to coordinate repair of my front yard. A local landscaping company gave me an estimate of $1900 to do the work that SunUp was supposed to do as a part of the project. Now I understand SunUp is bankrupt and I do not know of any recourse I have to either have the job completed or get reimbursed from SunUp if I use a local landscaping company. I would like resolution or some way to talk with a SunUp representative to resolve the issue. I can provide photos (same ones I provided to Anastasia Sepulveda, my project manager, in early April) as required.
