    4/15/2024 My mother scheduled a mobile auto service through this company. The guy provided a time slot of 8-10 AM and the email says that the mechanic will reach out if they are going to be late. The guy never reached out. We had to reach out to him to make sure he was still coming. He was way past the 10 AM ***** We asked him before he got here (on the phone while scheduling and over text) if there was anything that we needed on our end and even confirmed payment method. He told us when we booked the service that it was going to be $159.99. He arrived and said he couldnt work on the car, charging her a $100 fee for his 15 minute travel. He told her that he could do it at a later time and she had to meet him at a different spot, it would no longer be done at our house so we were going to him making it no longer a mobile service. He told her to meet him at 4 pm. She waited over an hour for him to get there and he didnt reach out at all, she had to keep contacting him. He did the work that needed to be done and then started telling my mom it was a different price than what he originally told us on the phone and in person today. His new price was $20 more, then $30 more, then $60 more. We asked him what the up charge was and instead of explaining it to us he started calling us names and cussing at us. We expressed that w wanted to know what the extra charges are for before we paid. He took the tire off my moms car and drove off screaming at us that he wouldnt give the tire back until he got paid. We were willing to pay but wanted to know why she was being charged another $60 which he never gave us an answer to. He called us dumba-es, idiots, and many other vulgar names. He did not show any professionalism and is a 0 star rating from us. Truly disgusted and hurt by the way he acted. We still paid him and he continued yelling at my mom and told her that he was going to charge her more fees and tried to get more money from her.
