  ******************* Home Park discriminates against special needs people!! Charges money to mow and already mowed lawn while other homes are overgrown with broken windows and skirting

  We have residents in the community with disabilities so we can confirm we do not discriminate against people with disabilities. Our mission is to create Clean, Safe and Engaging Communities where people are happy to live and proud to call home. Lawn upkeep is part of the resident's responsibility. Residents are provided notice of when our landscapers are coming and are expected to take care of their lawns prior to landscapers, or else we will do it and charge them for it as stated in lease agreement. This can be a weekly occurrence if residents do not take care of their own lots and is the  same for both renters and homeowners. This resident was charged on 5/14 for lack of mowing and 6/1 for lack of weed whipping.

  They are a bunch of liars at inspire community office, they say they make improvements to the park but they don't and they **** your rent up every year, don't even bother to complain because they don't care let alone listen, they are the absolute worst people I've ever had to deal with. Raise the rent for the dumbest reason, and way to much Every year.

  Owns ****************** Home Park in ******, **. The manager is very arrogant and so is the maintenance man. He bullies people, told me to mow my grass and I said I will on the weekend, I work and he expected me to do it right then and there. He also scared my teenage daughter to death. She was dropped off from school by my sister and before she got in the door, after my sister left, he pulled in the driveway and told her to mow. She was obviously a student with a backpack on. Then I was on my lunch break and went home, he approached me and said I needed to mow my lawn. Our electric was out so I was cooling my dog off in my car at the time. I told him I was on my lunch break and that I would do it on the weekend, he stood there and waited for my teenage daughter to come out and approached her. I told the manager I was going to call the police next time. I got a letter telling me to mow and fix my underpinning, I had just mowed 2 days before and I told the manager that I have tried to fix my underpinning and it just keeps coming back out. Instead of trying to help me, she had the maintenance man push it back in, not fix it, and charge me $50 then he trimmed a small bit of what I hadn't gotten to yet and charged me another $50. I complained to the *** of Inspire, ***********************, via LinkedIn and he said he would have his leadership team contact me. Instead he had the manager evict me over the maintenance bill that I refused to pay because he didn't do anything. Went to court over the eviction and the arrogant manager said he spent 2 hours on my lot, my daughter happened to be home when he did "all that work" and said he was there for 20 minutes tops. Horrible, Evil, Unethical people

  Hidden Valley Trailer ***********************, ** Owner by Inspire Communities - *******, ** If you want to live somewhere where the management is racist, crooked, bullies, and liars to name a few, this is the place for you. If you want to pay rent to a company who prides their self on not letting the wrong people in and let me explain that convicted child molesters and drug dealers. Then you will fit right in. Their employees can attack you and nothing be done about it not even the company calling you to ask you your side of the story of what went on because they dont care. The male employees here can say sexual remarks to you and you tell the manager she just rolls her eyes at you. And then nothing happens. You can tell inspire communities about this on a voicemail or an email again no return call or you can text and call the *** of the company and again no return call or text. Why ?because they just simply dont care. they wrongfully evict people here. They have a worker here who will come in and up your rent or a lot payment and not renew your release, give you warning or even do an addendum to your lease with the new amount on it. Sounds to me like someones pocketing that extra money. You could have a brand new car here or truck and theyll try to tell you you cant park it here because its some kind of biohazard Really? Does this person not know what a biohazard is? they mentioned in their ads they have a community kitchen and billiards and I can tell you they have neither one of those here. They have a swimming pool, but they didnt even know how to clean it. They were going to drain it, fill it back & make us pay the cost for their mistake like always. If they dont like you and want to get rid of you THEY do things to you that would go against your lease or land you in jail. Basically they set you up to look like you did it.. ************** here.
