I had a fence installed around my pool by subject *******. I have discovered that the caps left to fill the concrete holes do not fit. A few days ago I took down the fence to accommodate a social gathering. It was then that I discovered that most caps were not compatible with the hole openings. I called subject ******* and asked for compatible caps. First they questioned as to whether they were the installing ******* (I was holding the contract as I spoke to them). They conceded to eventually delivering the appropriate caps, but it was not their priority. I insisted they drop them off today April 10, 2025. Company said caps would be dropped off that day. They never showed up. I called ******* up after 5:00pm because caps had not been delivered. I was only able to leave a voice message. They did not respond that day, nor Saturday, nor Sunday. My husband called them today (April 14, 2025) and left a voice message. Subject ******* still has not responded. Your intervention would be appreciated. We need those caps that fit looks terrible.

We had removable pool fence installed by Protect-A-Child Pool Fence on March 28th, 2023. All looked good except some mud on the fence from drilling the holes through the travertine and concrete. We sprayed the fence off the next day and noticed that one of the panels had a defect or small tear in it. We communicated with Protect A Child on March 29th to inform them of the defect/tear in the fence. They scheduled and confirmed a replacement panel to be installed April 6th but failed to show for the appointment giving an excused that prior job ran long. We then rescheduled the install for April 12th and they failed to show for the appointment, claiming the prior job ran long. Again, we rescheduled the install of the panel (3rd time) on April 20th. Upon not showing for the install, we called and they said the installers rescheduled because they were in a car accident. Not one call, text, or email from them about the reschedule. This is a rental property and we are working around Protect-A-Child Pool Fences schedule and they have continued to miss the appointment. At no time did they call us to inform us of the cancellation. We called the dispatcher to ask where the installers were and her response was "I will have to give them a call for the no show appointment". We then received a text that the installer was in a car accident. As of April 24th, they have not returned our call to confirm an appointment. We are working around tenants to have this panel replaced. They offer a lifetime warranty on this product but are not even honoring the initial install. This type of service is completely unacceptable.
