On April 29, 2022 I hired We Got Moves to move me from one apartment to another. I was not able to move in until May 1, 2022. I paid extra for storage on their truck for April 30, 2022, When they loaded the boxes they loaded the heavy boxes on top of the fragile boxes which were clearly marked FRAGILE. I was not aware of this until they unloaded the boxes at my apartment and started to unpack. There were many broken items and also furniture that was scratched and dinged up. After the movers left my son began to put my bed frame and headboard together. We were unable to find the leg extensions for the headboard. My mom was there, too, and said she saw them on the truck so we looked and looked everywhere for them. We could not find them. The next morning I called We Got Moves to ask about the leg extensions. I spoke with the owner, ********. She didnt know anything about them but she would check with the driver/supervisor. I called her back the next day and they did find them. She wanted to make arrangements with the driver to return them to me. A few days went by and no call was returned so i called again. i spoke with ******** again and now they were unable to locate them. She would check with the driver again and see what was going on. Finally around July 1, 2022 it was agreed up to replace the head board with a new one because the leg extensions were never found. She wanted me to email her the links to the headboards I was looking at. She would get it ordered, paid for and send me the tracking information. This was done the beginning of July. I never received a tracking number or heard from ******** since. I have continued to call and leave voice messagesnone have been returned.
