  I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. They provided a very detailed inventory of all the contents of my family members ****** ft estate. and then handled organizing all of our beneficiaries items for distribution. Estate Management services also handled other issues connected to our estate everything from home inspections, having selected items appraised, handling complicated out of state title paperwork for multiple vehicles. and facilitated the liquidation process.all with great success! overall a great experience taking care of something that wasn't the greatest situation for our family. excellent company to work with!

  We found ourselves executors of two estates in *******, with virtually no information about either of them. Our attorney recommended that we consider *** as a source of help and expertise. Given our remote location in *****, we found EMS to be indispensable in offering good advice based on their experience and in managing the disposition of the two estates. *** inventoried everything of value, discovered many guns and a large sum of money we had overlooked on our brief trip to the site, and placed multiple items in auction, including several vehicles. *** personnel were good about keeping us updated and coming to us with questions about our desires regarding important items. They documented their work effectively and their invoices were clear. Their customer service was top shelf. They were patient and polite. Had we not secured their services, our task would have taken much longer and been less efficient. I highly recommend Estate Management Services., a licensed fiduciary, as a key resource in the disposition of valuable estate materials and/or an entire estate. They made a trying experience bearable by doing a professional job.

  ***************** and his staff are very professional. ***************** gave excellent advice on meeting probate rules, for example, the wording of receipts for items distributed to family members. He was willing to find ways to keep the costs down when helping me with a very small estate, which needed extensive clean-up services, inventory, appraisals, and auction. I chose to do some chores to keep costs down. He even offered to give me advice later, if I had questions. His invoices were impeccable. On the invoices, you can expect to see costs for employee salaries, as well inventory costs, appraisal costs, trash bins, cleaning equipment, and perhaps, hazmat suits and supplies. He answered my texts, phone calls, and emails almost immediately and respectfully. His staff carefully inventoried finds, and I am impressed with their impeccable honesty. You have an ally to help you through the process.
