  If I could give 0 stars i would! Harmon was hired by *** to install our solar panels on our two story, tiled roof. Harmon completely disregarded the instructions for proper solar panel installation, forgetting to use essential hardware needed to avoid damage to our roof. Because they skipped steps and used wrong hardware it caused damage to our room, essentially creating water damage to the roof, attic and interior part of our home. Not once did they acknowledge the negligence on their part. After fighting back and fourth with *** fort many months an other roofing company had to remove the panels and replace the entire roof on that side. They are unprofessional and corrupt.

  *****, prior to beginning your solar installation, we made you aware of several broken tiles that were already present on your roof. Shortly after the installation began, you brought up a concern regarding a roof leak. We immediately had the area inspected thoroughly by both our roofing partner and our roofing superintendent. The investigation confirmed that the leak was not in the area where our solar system was installed and was in no way connected to the solar installation. You acknowledged this fact with us when our team was onsite that day. Harmon has photographic documentation of all existing roof damage prior to our arrival that we shared with you and with ***. We have been a trusted *** contractor for 15 years and immediately involved them as this was an APS Solar Communities project. Through **** own investigation and reviewing all of the photographic evidence we had, *** also confirmed that the damages allegedly caused by Harmon were pre existing. Harmon is a 3rd Generation family run business with 50 years of powering Arizona homes and businesses, we take great pride in the quality and integrity of our work. That said, based on the documentation and thorough inspections conducted by both Harmon and APS, we remain confident that the damages youre referring to were not caused by us.

  Harmon Electric was recommended by SolarEdge due to the closure of our original installer. Harmon picked up the slack and helped with moving the installer associated with our account. Communication throughout the process and all the help with the issues with our solar panels was great. The person sent out to determine the communication of the panels to the inverter was very thorough. Kudos to ***** who went on the roof and not only found and fixed the problem but noticed some other items to note. Finally, it was nice to have someone answer the phone/email without delay!

  So very happy with Harmon Electric. They worked relentlessly to replace my defective solar panels from the manufacturer. Special thanks to ***************************** for keeping me informed of the developments along the way. Also special thanks to ******* and the crew of installers. Everyone is prompt and very professional. I highly recommend Harmon Electric for any solar needs.

  Harmon was the only company that would service my solar system since the company that installed it went out of business. They came on time, knew what they were talking about, and fixed the issue at a reasonable cost. I had contacted over 8 companies, and Harmon was the only one that had the knowledge and service to help. I recommend Harmon to anyone- as support is actually more important to me than installation in most cases! And their customer service is excellent.
