    I had ordered this cleaner for many years. It was the best cleaner Ive ever used. It now has dishonest ownersyou can place an order but they will not ship the product. Ive even been told by them months ago that they would fill my order but they didnt & now will not reply to my emails. They are taking peoples money. The phone number in the website is not valid either. Do not order..you will never get your product & will lose your money. I cant submit this review unless I put at least 1 star..the owners dont deserve even 1 star. The cleaner itself is a 5 star.

    I don't think this company is still in operation...used to be a great product, was easy to order and had great customer service. Company sold? now the website still lets you place orders and take your money, but you NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT and the phone number on the website is NOT accurate. I would love to talk to someone, because ultimately I don't want to have to replace this product, it's that good! But this is TWICE now, they've taken money and not shipped. First time I managed to get a refund, now I can't get anyone to respond. the product is 5 stars, but this new owner is ZERO stars. I have to put at least one star for the review.
