    We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, checks, Zelle, and cash. If parts are needed for the repair, a deposit is collected before the parts are ordered. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.
    Refund and Exchange Policy
    Lux Appliance Care provides a comprehensive parts and labor warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will return at no additional cost. If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund for labor and parts may be issued. Warranty coverage applies only to the original issue diagnosed and repaired. Misuse, unrelated failures, or third-party alterations may void the warranty.
