Hay cooling wants to sell you a **** new unit ac and heater, he didnt know wha to do. He say I need to buy another unit because my was not good. And call another ac and cooling and they fix it right away

We purchased two brand new Trane units. Within several months both were having issues. We called a technician out several days ago to have them looked at. They were both in need of service. Two days later, our main unit is blowing warm air. We called to have them come out to fix it and they can't make it out for several more days.This company sold us lemon units that are already failing. We paid 21k+ to have two units that don't work. Now when we need them to come help they cannot come for several days.Very untrustworthy. Very unprofessional. Very unresponsive. Very poor value. Very poor service.If you need a company that will sell you a quality product and also will be here when you need them, then go elsewhere.If you want trash products and zero service when you need it then this is your best bet.BBB will be getting involved next.Trash company.

**** is a wonderful company! They replaced my unit quickly in this monsoon. They were the only company to tell me about the *** Covid Rebate. Ill be getting a refund! Technicians are professional. Great company!

**** replaced a very old heating system that a home warranty company had connected a mismatched A/C unit to which didn't work (just cycled on and off) when we bought our home. They installed a new matched set which works great. It shorted one night but they fixed that right away and no problems since. Also replaced a badly leaking water heater with a tankless, along with a heat circulating pump to more efficiently get hot water to all the faucets. Works great! They also have replaced front and back water spigots that leaked and had to be sweated in. The only thing I would suggest is they put something under outside spigots to avoid leftover solder on the ground. Just had them out to do annual maintenance checks and flushed a lot of minerals out of the tankless water heater. We are considering having them install a device to help clean out built up mineral deposits in the pipes and prevent it in that water heater so it lasts longer, as well as get cleaner dishes without all those spots out of the dishwasher. Jet-Dry didn't help that. City water...ugh. Every single tech we have had during all that work has been over the top in personality, efficiency, and customer service, explaining everything I wanted to ask during the work, and thorough. Everything else was clean and nice when they left. As for what they charge, you are getting a professional service, not a handyman. If you can't do it yourself, hire a professional and pay them for their knowledge and quality. If you can't, research before your hire someone. There are a lot of handymen out there who are not licensed or insured.

He had to change the valve on the bathtub: For a $30 plus value we were charged $325 which I believe is price gouging. He did a good job in fixing the problem but I would hesitate using again because of I believe were inflated charges. In conclusion we are very unhappy with the situation and will not use Hays again.
