5 starsIf I could give this business a 10-Star review, I would do it without the slightest hesitation. Once the materials arrived on-site (about a week after the order was submitted), the complete roofing job was completed in 9(!) hours total: 4 hrs the first afternoon, then 5 hrs the following morning. This 9-hr job included ripping several layers of existing roofing materials off our 1850 sf house, rebuilding our roof cricket for better drainage, then cleaning-up everything. The process was professionally seamless & the price was very reasonable, based on what friends have indicated they have paid for comparable roofing jobs. I chose an *****-******* roofing *********************** considers Frontline as a Platinum-rated installer.

5 starsI usually don't like people soliciting at my door. I am glad that I came to the door and talked with *****. He was very kind and said that he just wanted to check the roof for damage, as there had been some big rainstorms in recent weeks. As it turned out, I had major damage to my roof. Well, long story *****, ***** and Frontline helped me with the insurance. I did not have to contact them at all. Frontline handled everything. I am so happy with the result. My roof looks wonderful. 5 stars***** approached me when I was outside and explained Frontline's services. From the time I met ***** until my roof was replaced Frontline was fantastic. They worked with my insurance company, going to bat for me 100%. The office staff were incredible, keeping me informed and updated every step of the way. On the day of the roof replacement the crew arrived on time and job boss, Coco, was 100% professional, making sure the surrounding area was covered, keeping his excellent crew moving, explaining issues I had with termite damage and correcting those issues and cleaning up the site so well that area of my property were cleaner when they left than when they arrived! The roof looks fantastic and I'm so grateful that ***** approached me so that together with Frontline I now have a beautiful new roof.Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC

5 starsI had monsoon damage in July of 2024 that required a full roof replacement. I cannot thank Frontline enough for walking me through the process, handling insurance, and helping me during a stressful time. A huge shout out to ***** ***** for always answering any questions about the process and always keeping me informed. 1 starI lost my roof in July *************************** my area of town. I hired Frontline Consultants to repair or replace the roof and they were negotiating with the insurance company on my behalf. It took four months to get a roof. Initially, the insurance did not want to replace my roof but Frontline eventually got them to agree to a roof replacement. The initial bid was for $22,000 and the end cost was over $30,000. The roofers charged as much as possible for the roof. The problem began the day the roof was installed. I was home trying to calm my dogs through the noise of the removal. I noticed some bubble pops in the ceiling and ran outside to stop them. They took pictures and called the owner, **** ********. He arrived and immediately said hed call my insurance and add to the claim. I asked him why he was contacting my insurance company when his crew caused the damage. He said my insurance company needed to pay. At no time did he apologize for the destruction to my home. EVERY SINGLE CEILING IN MY HOME, except the main bathroom, HAD DAMAGE DONE TO IT. My insurance company did pay for it to be scraped, repaired, re-textured, re-painted; however, I was the one who had to move furniture and household items. This was stressful for me (2 weeks before Christmas) and caused me a lot of work and grief. Had **** showed any sympathy, or apologized, or assumed responsibility for the damage his crew caused, I would not be writing this. His complete lack of empathy is disgusting. He did not care that he damaged my home. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ever. Why didnt the insurance company for Frontline pay for the damages? By the way, my original roof was made with plywood. He did not use plywood to replace the roof. He used substandard materials.Review fromMerrill C
