I transported a car over 500 miles and they did not pay me $400 its been two months still no payment I contacted somebody in their office they said the payment was sent out May 31 this is June 25 nothing horrible company no integrity dishonesty the whole nine

They treat their employees and Subcontractor car carriers horribly. Very demanding and have no understanding for being late or vehicle break downs on the road. They wont listen to your side of the story on anything and think employees and truck drivers are scum under their feet. They just go around banning or firing anyone for any reason them can come up regardless if its true or false and wont even let you explain the situation. This company needs restructured from the top down. No wonder they are losing all their contracts and people never have positive things to say about this company from private customers, auction houses and dealerships. I hope change can come and respect to the smaller people can be given one day. I used to like working for this company but they tossed me to the side like I was nothing.

We only needed to ship a car across the country from ********** to ******* but needed a hub to hub transport due to the timing of our trip at both ends to move our son to grad school. We had a tight deadline at both ends. CarsArrive was recommended to us by a local moving company. That is one of the only 2 auto shipper companies they will use when moving someone, but the only one that had hub to hub transport. We talked to ***** who gave us quotes of the different options they had. She was great and courteous. We chose the hub to hub. With hub to hub, we had to drive about an hour and 20 minutes to their nearest hub, but we could choose the firm date of drop off that worked for our trip and then the hub would have the range of transport dates for pickup that is needed. She kept us updated as to when our car was picked up at the first hub and the approximate time it should arrive at the end hub. She answered questions we had as we started. She called us back if we called, or had someone else call us back if she could not. Someone different contacted us about the car arriving at the end hub. The car arrived at the end hub a couple days before us. No problem as the tow company that they used for that hub had several days free storage before charging extra. (We inquired ahead of time the cost of storage at that end so we didn't have any surprises.) We arranged the pick up with the tow company that was the end hub after we got to town. They even rinsed the outside of the car so we could inspect it as part of the service required by CarsArrive. I would recommend.
