5 starsI found Revolution Relocation team to be an A-Team who had all the hallmarks of a good business I would like to deal with. They get an A for communication, professionalism , expertise, curtesy and for being downright good people! I have moved more than 34 times in my life both nationally and internationally , so I know good movers when I see them! 5 starsNEED A MOVER? LOOK NO FURTHER THAN REVOLUTION RELOCATION!!! I spent weeks researching moving companies. I wanted a professional family owned company that utilized their own movers to load, transport and unload my belongings. I finally found that with Revolution Relocation! I worked directly with the owner ******. He is AMAZING! He quoted the job, tagged and loaded my belongings with his crew, drove the truck, and unloaded!! Even if ****** cant be on site for every job, he has a quality crew for sure. THERE WERE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR HIDDEN FEES! You can prevent any surprises by providing an accurate inventory of furnishings, boxes and bins, along with ****** knowledge and experience, in padding the cubic footage for unexpected or forgotten items. I was NOT charged for stairs, or the number of feet from the truck to the door or other ridiculously impossible to predict hidden fees. I paid EXACTLY what was quoted and contracted. Truly a REVOLUTION in RELOCATION! ****** ***************** *****, ****** and *******, were extremely hardworking and respectful. They treated my belongings with care. ****** is a great communicator. He kept me informed every step of the way and delivered as scheduled. Together with his *********** they efficiently unloaded my belongings to the rooms throughout the house as directed. ******, ******** and another worker whose his name escapes me, were also respectful and hardworking. They were efficient and made quick work of the delivery. Many companies made false claims to provide these services but were all brokers or companies that grossly underquoted their services and prices. They dont volunteer the information that will result in exorbitant additional fees until your belongings have already been loaded on their trucks forcing you to pay! If you are fortunate enough to be in ****** service area, DO NOT HESITATE TO SECURE YOUR MOVE WITH REVOLUTION RELOCATION!!Review fromMary Roseanne H

1 starThis company has been in possession for my belongings to be moved from ***** to ************** since September 7th. It is now October 22nd. I do not know where my belongings are and I am getting no response from this company. I am unable to speak to anyone from this company. At this point I need to file an lost/stolen claim and take legal action

We take all customer concerns seriously and always strive for clear communication throughout every move.We have confirmed that this relocation was booked through *******************, and our company completed the physical move on their behalf. Throughout the process, we provided ******************* with regular updates regarding the customers shipment status. Unfortunately, those updates were not communicated to the customer, which understandably led to frustration.Since seeing this review, we have spoken directly with the customer. She confirmed that this review was submitted before receiving our updated information, and she is currently in the process of having it removed.We value transparency and are committed to ensuring that all customers receive timely and accurate communication, whether working with us directly or through a booking partner.If any additional clarification is needed, we are happy to assist.Review fromYanet F
