  In a day and age when a person's "Word" is not always gold is often times questionable or shaky at best, Sterling and his firm did exactly what he said they where going to do, when they were going to do it and how they were going to do it.   Attorney ****** I was so Blessed by her help, her kindness, her expertise and her research pertaining to my situation and her sound advice and her patience while I was able to make the best decision for my very complicated matter that I was torn with what direction would be in my very best interest.She is one AMAZING ATTORNEY!!   Outstanding law firm! My husband and I worked with Samuel Dampt for a little over a year and a half on a lawsuit involving a home builder. We can't say enough about Samuel, Priscilla, and Lindsey who helped work on this case. They did a fantastic job! Their level of professionalism, expertise, and honesty are a cut above. They worked together as a team and had good communication skills. We were highly impressed at the competence, responsiveness, and capability of all the people involved, from the front desk receptionist to the legal personnel involved. We always felt like Samuel and Priscilla had our best interest at heart. We appreciated the fact that Samuel provided his honest opinion along the way, even when it may be what we didn't want to hear. He explained all the different avenues this case could take, gave us food for thought and left the final decisions up to us. His calm demeanor and factual approach helped us through a nerve-racking deposition and mediation process. He was a great listener at times when we just needed to voice our frustrations with the other party involved. His guidance during the process was exceptional. Samuel is a very knowledgeable lawyer that proceeds in an ethical, honest, and professional manner. After dealing with the opposing lawyer who worked in an intimidating and unethical manner, it was refreshing to work with Samuel who displays good character, integrity, and ethical means to get the job done. I would highly recommend Samuel and the law firm of Denton, Peterson, and Dunn if you need representation for a legal matter.

  Recently I had the pleasure of working with attorney ******************* at Denton Peterson **** in ****. ***** assisted me in handling a problem with my shopping center landlord. ***** and I consulted in person to assess my chances of success in dealing with my landlord. From there, ***** promptly and effectively went about crafting a strategy that included writing letters to my landlord's representative. The letters were thorough and cited multiple instances of precedent case law to bolster my position. Through *****'s effective assistance, ***** brought my case to a successful outcome.   As a 4th generation business owner, having a knowledgeable law firm is the most important. ****** Pump and Filtration has been so thankful to find Denton Peterson. Not only is the law firm top notch and knowledgeable in what they do, they really care about their clients and go the extra mile to protect and advise. The response time when in a time of need or just to get a question answered is not like any, I have experienced in business I the past. Sterling Peterson has really done himself, in my opinion. If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you're looking for a forever firm and a great team, look no more.

  READ! I used them for a breach of contract case and let me tell you IT WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, LACK OF STRATEGY, **** OF YOUR TIME that you'll experience. Now, we won. Because I fought hard with the main attorney about doing something in the case that he said we shouldnt do, then agreed to it, but wanted to spend another "*****k" just to go into deposition which I refused.. and thank God we did it my way bcasue that's how we won. So i complained about the lack of strategy and the head of the firm stepped in.. at that point I told him I'd retain another law firm, he then said that they could handl what I needed and to give them that chance and will get me all of the info as we chased down the money I am owed. I then receive and email saying basically that the attorney didnt review the whole thing but heres the bank accounts and I should seek another attorney.... ALL AFTER I SAID I WAS GOING TOO. So they had no problem asking me for another 5k retainer to simply not execute on what they said they'd do. Following all of this the head of the firm comes to tell me that he never said any of that and it's the best I can do. I'm not sure who wrote this is the best law firm in the reviews because if this is Az's best maybe now I understand why the best are in ******** and LA. Im not disappointed about spending money, I'm disappointed because attorneys can spend at will and it's hard for you to argue.. so when you're promised something and you're not delivered it.. good luck suing the law firm itself. All in all poor experience. They can claim my suit as a win but it was a total loss in my eyes. Trust me, go to someone else no matter what the plan you initially here from these guys is.
