Took my car in to have air conditioner checked out not really blowing cold air. I called and spoke to service writter ***** and he said the * ring was bad in the condenser and took it upon himself to have the mechanic fix it. No call to me about the problem and cost. They dropped off my car. I called and paid $390. The air conditioner is the same blowing cool air at 60 degrees. They wanted me to bring it back, They said if I took to another mechanic it would void the warranty. I don't want to take it back as I don't trust them. I just want my $390 back to take it to another mechanic to fix the ****

I feel the customer/business relationship is damaged. I do not trust your judgement regarding my vehicles any longer.

I am willing to pay for the AC test, but would like a refund of any other charges I feel were not discussed with me first.

It is very disappointing  when you pay a few hundred dollars to get it fixed to expectations, but then afterwards  you still do not want to drive  it because it is still blowing air out at 80 degrees in this heat.

I took it upon myself to call and pay unknowingly  it still was not working right.

Needed a repair done to my vehicle. Discussed with company the repair I would like done. The business representative gave me a ball park price and an exact time of completion. Two days before leaving my vehicle with them I asked about a couple of other items to be repaired. I was told "ok". Day of "completion" arrived with no communication from company. I called 10 minutes before closing (it was on a Friday) and I was told they haven't even looked at my vehicle. Monday came I received a call and was told I owe them money for a service I didn't agree to. I was told I have to pay even though they acknowledged they didn't communicate about the service. They did discount 50% of the initial fee to quote " get some sort of justice for there injustice" the original amount they charged was ****** but discounted 50% and I paid *****

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I wasn't aware of the attempts to reach out but I have been dealing with poor service with my phone company. They were more than satisfactory regarding my request. They didn't start the refund process and as soon as my account shows the refund I would like to close this case

    Regards,
