    I had surgery on December 16, 2024. I was asked to speak to the lab that would be processing my biopsy tissue in advance. ****************** information was put on all my paperwork and they were advised on my health insurance information. I met my out-of-pocket maximum following the surgery began to receive bills and I tried to contact somebody at the ************** called Pathology billing services. Nobody ever answers the phone and when I say nobody, I mean, you can call anytime a day during business hours, and you never get a live person. Ive left countless messages and you can never reach anyone. Ive left my health insurance information on my name and myphone number and date of birth on the voicemail and still I can I then was sent to collections. I have a perfect credit rating above 50 and they are trying to ruin my credit with this ridiculous billing issue when I shouldnt even have to pay it because Ive met my out-of-pocket maximum this is a covered Expense that should be covered by health insurance. It is unacceptable business practice to never answer the phone and then when they dont collect moneyfrom the patient who has health insurance that should be covering the fee they send it to collections. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice. *** contacted the business that is handling the bill for collections and they provide me with a single phone number and nobody answers any time. I that number and they have been completely useless and unhelpful and trying to resolve this issue. It seems that they have a very poor business practicesending people to collections and marrying their credit report, but yet not willing to take and use the medical insurance that is active and would pay for claim is beyond Ludacris. they were provided with all the medical health insurance billing information but they choose to ignore it.

    ***** with Account Recovery services and the company he represents has violated the Texas Debt Collection Act. He has harassed myself and members of my family with threatening and repeated phone calls for a contract or agreement that I do not possess with this company, nor have any knowledge of.

    We understand how frustrating this can be.  In searching our databases, we have no record of you, your phone or your address.  Further, we have no representatives named *****.  We are certain it is another company calling and not us.  There are many companies that have similar and some with the exact same name as us but we have no affiliation with any of them.     AR Services has called my phone on several different occasions using the number ************ claiming I owe a debt which I never have owed. They have all of my personal information including my social security number and date of birth. I requested this information regarding the supposed debt I owe be sent to me via mail (which is a law) and they claim they already sent it and give a fake tracking number. They also have used abusive language with me and made threats towards me. I have also requested that I only be contacted in writing (which is also a LAW) and that request is ignored. This company is scamming people. Beware!!!

    We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when your simple requests are warranted and well within the laws protecting consumers.   We searched our database and have no results for any account with your name, phone number or address.  Additionally, we are not "AR Services" and do not employ the phone number you referenced.  This complaint was intended for another company as we have no record of you.  

    There are many agencies with similar names (and some with the exact name) but we do not have any affiliation with any of those other companies.  We hope you find the correct company and ultimately, the resolution to your requests.

    I have received phone calls from this business on 3 seperate occasions. Each time, they know all of my correct contact information and full personal protected information (social security, birthdate, employement history). Each call they threaten me with civil summons, jail, and wage garnishment. They have listed either very old debt information (the first call was on a credit card I had 24 years), or completely invalid information. It is a different debt they call about each time. They use very abusive language. My coworkers heard *********************** call me a c***

    This company has contacted me numerous times. Reading off my full social security number and making threats that over ***** will be placed on my credit. When requesting something in writing the agent said something was mailed to me 45 days ago that I never received and was told could not be mailed again. When requesting a supervisor the agent hung up and blocked my number.

    I have been contacted daily several times and they have contacted my husband, son and nephew and anyone else they could find. I have repeatedly told them I do not ow for a payday loan, I never had that bank, never lived where they said. I have asked for written communication to prove it and they have not done anything but accuse me and say I am avoiding the debt. It was from 10 years ago I never worked where they say I did when I took out the loan or anything. They won't listen and are very rude and besides the fact that they actually told my nephew about the debt when they called him. They won't leave me alone. If I even thought I owed it I would pay when they send me the bill in writing, they won't show proof of anything. I just want them to stop, they are driving me crazy. They are threatening to take me to court and I told them to go ahead and they just keep calling. Even after I told them to stop.

    I am not liable with this debt with ACCOUNT RCVY SERVICE, I do not have a contract with MC RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITI, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    Got a robo call from this company on 4/11/24 at 10:18am asking if I knew someone, when I was transferred to an agent he asked if I was that person, when I said I wasnt he said well no kidding to which I then asked what company this was and who was calling. This was met with the response wow you have such great phone edicate you f****** jackass. Im not sure who these people are or why Im being called on someone elses behalf but this is unacceptable treatment and clearly a scam. I want my number removed from the database as soon as possible, if I receive a callback I will consider it harassment based on the conversation with said agent.

    We have reviewed the details of the complaint and can assure this consumer that we are not the correct business contacting him.  Our company does not employ "robocall" technology and his number/name was not located in our  database.

    Whoever this a****** is, he keeps calling my phone and when I answer and ask him where hes calling from, he wont tell me or the nature of his call, and just keeps asking for my name. Hes incredibly rude and this last time he called me, he said what you dont know your own **** name? And hung up on me. Call me again and I will *** you for harassing me, you f****** jerk.
