      The device suffered a mechanical failure after two weeks resulting in almost 300 in towing fees. They are running me around and not providing reimbursement. This all resulted from them selling me a faulty device.

      Worst company Ive ever done business with! Horrible device, that doesnt even function properly. Causing very inaccurate data, which results in my time being extended with this horrible company. Only way to dispute the data, is by submitting a request online for someone to contact you. Ive submitted about 5 requests for someone to contact me about the data, violations, & the *********** have yet to hear from anyone. I feel as if this is the biggest scam ever! I was only supposed to have the device for 5 ************ with the inaccurate data collected causing the violations. My program has been extended about another 5 months. Every single time Ive got the device calibrated, Ive got another violation, causing the time to be extended. Im very fearful I will have to have this device forever, with the rate that things are going.. Its very sickening, as I do not even drink anymore & Im just trying to put this behind me. However, this company is making it impossible to do so. *** asked to make an appointment to remove the device, so I can try another company. Then they tell me its a process in which the *** will probably deny my request, due to my time not being fulfilled. I have no idea what to do & *** been trying to locate an attorney that can assist with disputing this data.. I even have videos showing that this device does not function properly.. theres been many occasions where Ive had to wait over 30 mins for the device to turn on, so I can test & get my car started. In which, it had caused me to be late to work & get written up for my tardiness. Im so scared that if I keep on getting more violations, my drivers license will be suspended and or revoked.. Someone please help!! If theres an email I can send the videos I have, Im more than happy to show the proof that this device does not work properly AT ALL.

      I paid my bill to have my device activated after being on hold for 2 hours. To get my car towed and when I go to get my car from the impound the device still locked. Just lost my job thanks. Oh by the way the time I took to file this report from scratch Im on hold with customer service review my account

      Working with Low Cost Interlock has been nothing short of a nightmare for me. Receiving instant violations for reasons outside of my control (taking the device out for calibration) and not able to get them cleared has caused me to get kicked out of the program and start a battle between low cost interlock and my state. The first thing I get when I call low cost is "there is nothing we can do." I am currently fighting for what I know is right. 1st of all, the device malfunctions a lot giving you a violation if not multiple violations. Remember that if you receive a violation your *** agency will add 45 days to your time. That mean I have to paid 2 more months everytime this ghost violation appear the *** is inform , they play the blind Eye just look the reviews of this company everyone is complaining the same thing. They have to get out of business they are fraud !
