Auto glass 2020 offered $180 cash back for fixing my windshield under insurance which they advertised on ******, on 4/3/25 they got it done and the technician told me that I have to call in to get the cash rebate, I have been call at least 10 times, they sent me around like managers, I left many messages, talked to many people, still no one can solve the problem. On or around December 3, 2024, Auto Glass 2020 reached out to me via text and phone call and asked if I needed my auto glass repaired. The sales representative, *****, stated they are giving $100.00 incentives if I booked and completed the repairs. I have done this in the past and thought nothing of it, at the time. The repair person came out and replaced the glass with a cheaper glass and failed to give me the $100.00 incentive at the time of install. I contacted Auto Glass 2020 and they stated they would be sending out the incentive check within a couple of days. I asked them about the cheaper glass and they stated the representative didn't request the correct glass, but they would get me on the flip side as they were not going to replace it with the correct glass. I waited for a week or two and still hadn't received the incentive check. I called and spoke to ***** and he said he would send me out a check as soon as possible as they were having issues with their bank. I received a check around Dec 24, 2024 and deposited the check. A couple of days later the check was send back insufficient funds. I called ***** and he said his account was on hold. He stated they would take care of the issue as soon as possible. I have yet to receive my $100.00 incentive check and the bank fee of $15.00. I have called over 15 times to resolve this matter. They have excuse after excuse each time I call. I noticed on **** other customers are having the same issue that dates back over a year, so that tells me they are not holding up to their advertising of money back incentives if you replace auto glass with them. I would like to receive my incentive plus bank fees as they promised. In addition, I don't want this to occur to other consumers. Thank you in advance for your time and support in this matter. I referred my brother to the company and he had his windshield replaced in his car. I talked to *****, add auto glass 2020 and our agreement was they would pay my brother $100 as an incentive to replace his windshield, and they would pay me $40 as a referral bonus. The installation was completed in november of 2024. The incentive check has still not been issued. I have contacted the business on multiple occasions since then to try and resolve the issue, but they keep telling me I have to wait. It has been almost 5 months since the service and I have talked to multiple people at autoglass2020 and everytime they tell me the check is coming very soon in a few weeks. It is the same story everytime I call and this time I talked to a manager named ***** who inferred the employees aren't even getting paid because the business don't have any money. If a manager is telling me this, it is extremely concerning to me. I would like my incentive. Check that they have promised for the amount of $140. I would also like the better business bureau to look into the company and make sure their employees are getting paid as per the law. Also they should have to give their customers a HARD deadline as to when they will pay the incentives they promise. I feel it is a big scheme, hoping that the consumer forgets about the incentive they are owed ,therefore, the company never has to pay it.Business Response

the fact that you had to put, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and your response to my problem is indeed the problem. I have contacted you guys, i don't even know how many times over the last five months, and you're indicating that this is your first time being notified that there is a problem when that is, in fact, the furthest thing from the truth. I would like to put on the record, on this website the Better Business Bureau, when I can expect a response, because you telling me, you will be in touch in the future is the problem. That has been you your same response for the last five months, and it is not satisfactory to me because it's never actted upon. What kind of reputable business strings their customers along without giving them a hard deadline. We used Autoglass 2020 for 2 years back from *********. The last time we used them for a windshield replacement in 2021 the technician broke a piece on the frame around the windshield resulting in us having to file a complaint with them to have this fixed which was not a smooth process so we decided to stop using them and we made them aware that we do not want them to contact us any further. They have continued to call and text me over the past 4years. They have called me over 10 times a month and text me at least 12 times a month. I have told this company to take me off ALL their call lists and to make note to stop contacting me for their manager. The calls keep coming in constantly still today. This is now harassment. I need this company to stop contacting me in all forms it I will have to contact the police for harassment.Business Response

I hired this company to replace my windshield as a repeat customer. Due to past issues and customer reviews, I made them put in writing the incentive they promised to pay for my insurance covered windshield repalcment. They put in wiring that they would pay me $225 and bring a check to the appointment. Then they changed it to paying me the incentive via Zelle or Venmo (I provided them my Venmo info)` by "Monday" which would have been January 6th. To this day, they still have not paid me the incentive advertised and promised and are no longer communicating with me.Business Response

I had a windshield replaced on Nov. 26th 2024 and while the initial point of contact and all the installation interaction was great, the follow through on the incentive has been a nightmare. Their website states "Auto Glass 2020 is the leading windshield replacement company in *******, is proud to offer a limited-time offer of up to $275 cash back when you use your insurance." Well it took 3 weeks for ***** to mail me the incentive check on Dec. 19th. I deposited it into my bank on Dec. 26th. and on Dec. 30th, ******************** (their bank) declined the check and returned it unpaid and my bank took the money out of my account. When I reached out to contact them about the bounced check, they had me send a Venmo request to ****** for the incentive, that was Dec. 30th at 9am. I am still waiting for the transaction to be sent. Another follow up call on Jan. 6th at 12:15pm and the office was very apologetic but it's beyond their control at this point, as ****** has to be the one to send the money and she's not in the office.Initial Complaint

This establishment has not sent me my insensitive fir having them replace my windshield. They offer on their website, up to $275 cash instant incentive and had been given the runaround multiple times had them. Send me a check instead of putting it on my Cash App. Like the last time when I used their company now, they're claiming that they've been having fraud. When the check came, I deposited it and it did not clear. I've also been lied to by the manager, saying he is not the manager and they've used my insurance company for this wind. I was promised a check in the amount of $153.00 when services were completed on 10/4/2024. Then received a text prior to appt stating they were reducing the price by $20.00. Autoglass 2020 tells customers they will get cash back when they use their services. Once services were provided they asked for our CASH app information to send us the $175 dollars they owed us, then said they could not send that way and would send a check. We deposited the check and it was frozen and deducted from our account. This company is a scam and is guilty of insurance fraud.Business Response

We originally used this service around October of 2021 and everything was great. Since that time we have received dozens and dozens of phone calls and texts, some times up to 4 times a day asking us if we need our windshield replaced or repaired. I have told them to stop calling and messaging me MANY times through both live calls and text replies to their messages, and each time I am told they will remove me, and yet I am still getting calls.
