I trusted them to replace my windshield in October 2024. In November I received an incentive check that bounced, which led to a bank fee and completely threw off my finances that week. I also contacted them about chips in my paint during the install.I have called/emailed/texted them repeatedlyjust to get excuses, no follow-through, and no resolution.This has been stressful, frustrating, and shows a total lack of professionalism. This company replaced the windshield on both my vehicles back in December 2024 with the promise of a 250 dollar incentive per vehicle (500 dollars total). It is now June and still have not received anything. Multiple attempts to collect my incentive have been unsuccessful with the business giving me the run around. This business is deceiving and untruthful. Civil suit will be taken next.Initial Complaint

Tuesday May 27th 2025 Through my insurance company *********(************************) and the company Auto Glass 2020 I filed a claim to have my windshield replaced. Based on that claim I was told I would receive $165 on the day of installation(05/27/2025). The employee of Auto Glass 2020 did not pay us on this date, and still hasnt. The name of the employee is Cash. Since this event he has reached out with every excuse in the world. On top of that he keeps demanding that I, as well as my friends and family write positive reviews in exchange for payment, which was never previously discussed. He also, for some reason continues to attempt to have me do his yard work for money. Not only insane, but never previously discussed and shocking unprofessional. I have since read this companys reviews, which are all very similar and scary. Hello on April 15th 2025 I had Autoglass 2020 install 2 windshield on my vehicles. And was promised an incentive check of $250.00. After they installed the windshields I have been given the run around and promised multiple times that my check would be mailed out and they would call when its in the mail. This has been going on for weeks and has still yet to be resolved. Based off of how Ive been treated I wouldnt want my worst enemy to do business with this scamy company.Initial Complaint

On 05/01/25 @ 8:55am I spoke with **** **** who explained everything in detail with the lifetime warranty and lifetime chip repairs. **** stated that I would receive a check for $200.00, and that if the tech did not have the check at the time of the install of the new windshield that it would be mailed out the next day. My windshield was replaced on 05/02/25 and the tech did not have the check. I called **** back at 4:29pm on the same day as I had some questions, and I left a message, and no call back received. On 05/09/25 @ 1:30pm, left message and no call back. on 05/10/25 @ 9:35am received text message from Manager ***** stating that he was reaching out to let me know once my $200 rebate gets sent out, I will get contacted back with the check # sent and to reach out any time if I had some questions. I texted back @ 12:46pm stating thank you for reaching out and letting me know. On 05/15/25 @ 6:21pm I sent ***** a text wanting to follow-up on the check and the date that I got the windshield replaced. and no return message or call. On 05/21/25 @ 11:44am I called and spoke with ***** who had me on hold from 11:44am-11:58am who came back and told me that they no longer send out checks and that a link would be sent to my email for a debit card (which I thought was strange), I asked when did this take place as I had not received note of this, and he could not supply an answer. He verified my email which was incorrect, so I gave him the correct email and asked him to read it back to me, which he did. He stated that I should receive an email here shortly and was brushing me off the phone. I never received an email and looking on here I will not receive an email. I also called Auto Glass 2020 LLC, and you push 3 for incentive, and a recording comes on to say that they are having a huge delay, and you can leave a message or send an email to *********************************** with your information and a check will be sent out to you. In Jan they filed a replacement claim with my insurance company with the promise of 225 dollar incentive to myself, now have refused to even give a call back but have called multiple times to see if I need a new windshield, the big issue is on top of that they had employee take my info and start calling from a new company regularly... She got mad when I called them to let them know and when I tried to speak to a manager was told I would get a call back and never did... Both issues they refuse to address and just say the appropriate person isn't available and will call back but never happensBusiness Response

The individual who initially took your information was a former employee who acted outside of company policy and without authorization. We take this matter very seriously and are actively pursuing appropriate legal action against this individual for misusing customer information after their departure from our organization.
In addition, our company is currently undergoing an internal restructure, which has temporarily affected our response times and communication flow. However, this is not an excuse for the lack of follow-up youve received. We recognize how important timely and respectful communication is and regret that we did not meet that standard in your case.

Auto glass 2020 offered $180 cash back for fixing my windshield under insurance which they advertised on ******, on 4/3/25 they got it done and the technician told me that I have to call in to get the cash rebate, I have been call at least 10 times, they sent me around like managers, I left many messages, talked to many people, still no one can solve the problem. On or around December 3, 2024, Auto Glass 2020 reached out to me via text and phone call and asked if I needed my auto glass repaired. The sales representative, *****, stated they are giving $100.00 incentives if I booked and completed the repairs. I have done this in the past and thought nothing of it, at the time. The repair person came out and replaced the glass with a cheaper glass and failed to give me the $100.00 incentive at the time of install. I contacted Auto Glass 2020 and they stated they would be sending out the incentive check within a couple of days. I asked them about the cheaper glass and they stated the representative didn't request the correct glass, but they would get me on the flip side as they were not going to replace it with the correct glass. I waited for a week or two and still hadn't received the incentive check. I called and spoke to ***** and he said he would send me out a check as soon as possible as they were having issues with their bank. I received a check around Dec 24, 2024 and deposited the check. A couple of days later the check was send back insufficient funds. I called ***** and he said his account was on hold. He stated they would take care of the issue as soon as possible. I have yet to receive my $100.00 incentive check and the bank fee of $15.00. I have called over 15 times to resolve this matter. They have excuse after excuse each time I call. I noticed on **** other customers are having the same issue that dates back over a year, so that tells me they are not holding up to their advertising of money back incentives if you replace auto glass with them. I would like to receive my incentive plus bank fees as they promised. In addition, I don't want this to occur to other consumers. Thank you in advance for your time and support in this matter.
