  I'm glad I was just a guest. I would have hated to experience this as the wedding bride and groom.Simple airport transportation couldn't be done correctly with connecting flights. From arrival to departure we were forced to pay out of pocket for transportation that already had been paid for. When I communicated this with the wedding planner. I got no response.Good luck if you use them. I know I never will.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about ******* ******! From start to finish, she was the absolute backbone of our wedding planning experience. Her communication was prompt, clear, and always so kind. ******* made us feel supported every step of the way no question was too small, and no detail was overlooked.She coordinated everything with such professionalism and ****** making what couldve been a stressful process feel seamless. Thanks to her, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. If youre planning a wedding or group event, ******* is the person you want by your side. Shes truly a gem!

  Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but Hotel Maven made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to support my husband and me in organizing every detail related to our wedding accommodations.They created and managed our personalized wedding page, handled all of our hotel bookings, and acted as the liaison between us and the hotel. Anytime we ran into communication issues or had questions, they stepped in and took care of it immediately.I would like to personally recognize ***** and *******. They both were amazingalways reminding me that their goal was to make this a stress-free experience for me as the bride, and they truly delivered on that promise. There calm, helpful, and proactive approach made a huge difference during what could have been a chaotic time.The entire team was responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. We couldnt have asked for better support, and Im so grateful we had Hotel Maven by our side through it all. Highly recommend them to any couple planning a destination wedding!They were recommonded to us by a friend that used this company for her wedding. We are truly happy.

  Overall, wonderful experience. Some minor communication issues where I felt myself explaining the situation a few times. I also asked about planning honeymoon and that fell flat with **************** prefer to have a dedicated team member assigned to communicate through the process. ******* and ***** both 10/10 to work along side.

  My bride and I got married last year in **********. Our entire experience was smooth and stress free because we used Hotel Maven. Their team was absolutely incredible. They are experts in travel and weddings. They are responsive and provide consistently excellent customer support. We felt like we were their only customers. And most of all, they offer their services completely free of charge to us! They get their commissions from the resorts.Their team is setup differently than other travel agencies: They have a travel expert (****) who knows all about the countries and resorts. He sets up room reservations and transfers. He offers suggestions for excursions and experiences based on his personal travels and relationships that he's built. They have a technical expert (*****) who built our wedding website according to our vision. We gave him our vision and our site went live within the week. It was a one stop shop where our guests could accept our invitation, reserve their rooms in our block, and set up airport transfers all from the website. The website also included frequently asked questions, suggested excursions and much more. Here's what it looked like for your reference ********************************************************************* Finally, they have a wedding expert (********) who used to be a wedding coordinator at Dreams **********. She was just as great as **** and *****. We read all kinds of reviews where Dreams wedding planners had slow response times and brides were frustrated with not hearing from the resort until three months before the wedding. Not us! ******** started with building our vision and planning six months out. She knows how Dreams works so she had us 100% prepared when the resort coordinator reached out. Then, she worked hand in hand with us through the whole process. We had our final group call four days before we left for ***********I don't want this to get any longer so I will just say this. Reach out to Hotel Maven. You'll be glad you did.

  Before I was told about hotel maven I was extremely stressed trying to plan my wedding. But then I reached out to them and they made everything so much better. **** did an amazing job getting me started and explain who they were, what they do and the entire process to me. ***** and his team did an amazing job with our website. It had all the information plus more that our guest needed. And ******** did such a stupendous job coordinating the wedding. She helped bring my vision to life. It took so much weight off my shoulders. I would definitely recommend.

  HotelMaven (or 10K Weddings) were an amazing team to work with. In regards to group travel, we had 100 guests book through HotelMaven. ****, the director, addressed all of our travel needs, questions, and concerns in a very timely manner. **** was professional and aside from an instance or two, he responded and handled ALL my guests and Is requests, which were plenty. **** is also very knowledgeable on many of the different resorts that specialize in weddings. ***** was in charge of our wedding website and digital invitations - which turned out wonderfully and was unique to all the typical wedding sites (Knot, ****, etc.). The best part of our experience with HotelMaven was *****, their wedding planner. She worked with us several months before our resort would even correspond with the couple. ***** worked very efficiently and never missed a detail. She held our hands throughout the entire process and advocated for us to the resort over a few concerns that did arise throughout the wedding planning process. This was such a nice service and feature from HotelMaven.Overall, our guests had no complaints with booking their travel through HotelMaven and my husband and I would recommend them to anyone planning a destination wedding!

  We used Hotel Maven/10K Weddings for our daughters destination wedding in ********** last year, and I urge you to read this before considering them. I highly advise against using them. Both **** and ***** provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced during such a special time.Initially professional, they eventually treated me with disrespect, to ignoring my emails and calls. **** even hung up on me during a call. They refused to share basic information about our guests' check-in and travel dates, falsely claiming they only had a contract with my daughter, which was untrue. And then they refused to share those basic info even with my daughter and only shared information after we involved the hotel. They became unprofessional, unhelpful, and created their own policies despite our agreements, such as imposing their own cancellation policies separate from the hotel's, causing unnecessary headaches.Their unprofessionalism led to issues with hotel accommodations and airport transportation, leaving many of our guest without transportation including one of our bridesmaids which was stranded late at night by herself. Our airport transportation was included with our wedding. Also aeveral guests reported problems with booking or making changes, resulting in a bad experience. This could have been avoided with better collaboration. Thankfully, the hotel went out of their way to assist our guests.My experience was so bad that it makes me question the authenticity of their positive reviews. Avoid using Hotel Maven/10K Weddings and work directly with the hotel or another coordinator. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

  This feedback is the from the mother of a bride whose wedding we coordinated over a year ago. While the event provided was an overwhelming success, it also presented some challenges, particularly in our interactions with the mother of the bride. Unfortunately, our experience working with her was not as positive as we had hoped. However, it was an absolute pleasure working with the couple who were very easy to work with throughout the entire year-long planning process.The primary area of contention stemmed from disagreements over HotelMaven's data privacy policies. The mother of the bride, who was not a party on the room or wedding contract, repeatedly requested access to guest reservation data, which we were unable to provide due to HotelMaven's strict privacy protocols. Despite our continued explanation of our privacy policies, the mother of the bride remained insistent, leading to several difficult conversations where she expressed her frustration, at times raising her voice at members of the HotelMaven team. While the mother of the bride believed she was entitled to this information due to her relationship with the couple, we maintained our commitment to protecting our clients' and their guests' data privacy.After numerous calls during which the mother of the bride continued to express her dissatisfaction and threatened legal action, we made the decision to limit our phone communication with her. Our FREE planning services are provided with the expectation of mutual respect, and we do not tolerate verbal abuse directed at our team members. On one occasion, the mother of the bride joined a call already in progress and began yelling, at which point I had to end the conversation.The challenges we faced with this particular family member were unlike anything we had encountered before. In the many hundreds of weddings we've planned since then, we have not experienced a similar situation. The reviewer's noted concern about another guest reservation, such as a bridesmaids transfer issues, were caused by the bridesmaids decision to fly standby. The guest provided flight information necessary to secure transportation, however they changed their arrival time a few hours before their scheduled arrival time and made the decision not to wait for the transfer nor contact our office once they had arrived at the airport. While we understand the frustrations, we do not believe that these issues could have been avoided due to the last minute changes by the guest, and the requirements of the transfer company contracted by the resort.These interactions have prompted us to refine our policies on handling difficult situations with overbearing and abusive third parties and also to communicate more clearly with couples early in the process about data policies. Since then, we've managed hundreds of weddings without encountering similar issues, and we're grateful for the lessons learned.We sincerely wish the mother of the bride all the best in her future endeavors and extend our warmest congratulations to ***** and ****** on their anniversary. We were pleased to have played a intricate part of making their wedding day a success.

  HotelMaven really put together a wonderful destination wedding. They not only handled our guests but they also made sure we had everything we needed with the hotel. Never have visited the resort until the week of the wedding. By the time you finish with them you would have felt as if you've been there before. My dream wedding was successfully completed with very few minor bumps. If something isn't up to your standard they are very accommodating and make sure to get it done. ******* and ******** were the dream team for me. Whether it was meetings and ******** showing up in person the day of. I truly appreciated how they took my wedding and made it personal. Even down to the things I should bring just in case. They booked us a catamaran and worked with the hotel to schedule a welcome dinner, couples massage and dinner on the beach. My honeymoon and wedding were a dream come true. My guests said the HotelMaven did a wonderful job with communication and flexibility.
