    I hired all star back in 2021 to fix my leaking roof, they put coating on my roof and said I was good to go. Well the next time it rained (a month later) my roof not only leaked but it leaked worse, leaked into my master bedroom and walking closet, soaking all my clothes, ran down the walls, carpet etc. It was terrible! I called and called and called, no response. They just showed up one day , went on the roof and said it was all fixed. This happened multiple times to date. The last time his workers were here was March 27th, when they came inside , cut a square hole in the ceiling so they could try to see where the leak was. They left and said someone would be back to fix the hole. Haven't herd from anyone to this day (December 7th) I had to make sift cover, insulate and tape the ceiling. To sum it up, the leak ha sent been fixed, the ceiling in my master bedroom still has the hole in it along with the majority of my ceiling is water stained, the ceiling and walls in my walking closet are water logged and stained. My home in general is worse now with more problems since "All-Star" started. Something needs to be done! I'm not a complainer but after reading some of the other customer complaints, I had to tell my story which is still on going. Oh and I have a five year warranty which is still valid hence the no call back. His license should be revoked, and he needs to be responsible for fixing the sup par work he has done which has made the initial problem worse. Its a very poor way to conduct ones self and a business.
