              Took my car for alignment work at Network Automotive. Work was completed on 03/18/2021. During the process technician did not loosen the rubber boots on the steering rack and ripped them. These were new installed parts prior to alignment. I spoke with *************************** over the phone and voiced my concern. He asked me to bring the car back in to check. I was under the impression the will replace the parts and perform the alignment again. He called the next day saying they wont be fixing the issue. I picked up my car and ordered the parts again. Changing them takes over an hour. I took the car back to have alignment done under the 6 month warranty on 06/02/2021 as it had to be re done due to changing the rubber boots torn by the technician. After work was completed they advised me I'm getting charged again. Paperwork included shows warranty terms and at this point i demand full refund $139.04 for the work done. This took 5 trips to the shop. Cost me extra 50$ in parts I had to replace.
