First of all, from the beginning when I met with Victoria I must say she was very aggressive and straight to the point explained "separate maintenance is only if you plan to go back" divorce will be your best and only option, I thought about her statement and no , not planning on going back! ! That was November 2019 almost 3 years later my divorce was final in January. My ex placed a lot of road blocks but this team at Lion knocked them down. Tara M**** was my lawyer she brought out several points to help me make sure I was treated fairly. Kristy S*** was my last lawyer who worked hard to finalize my divorce. Every one in the office recognizes your face and knows you by name. The billing department provided an environment that you always knew what was charged and what you owed !! My overall experience was great and my questions were answered in a timely manner. So far, I have been pleased and satisfied.

You have to leave one star and that's the only reason I gave them one. It's now my mission to warn every prospective client of Lion Legal Services. I'm leaving reviews everywhere. So far, they've tried to deny and blame any failure on their part on me. First, if you expect to win every legal battle you face, you will be disappointed. You can't win them all, but you should expect competent representation. I question their competency and flat-fee system. You need to understand that flat-fees mean you pay them the entire amount even if they only work on your case an hour. Do your homework on attorneys. Don't hire Lion Legal Services based on their offer to take payments. If you can't afford to pay a good attorney, beg one to work with you. Hire a good attorney. Beware of Lion Legal Services!!!!!

Tim, you knew before you hired us that the chances of persuading a judge to order the other side to comply with your wishes were slim. In our first meeting, recorded with your permission, you told us the facts and the background and we gave you our assessment, as any competent attorney will do. You decided that you wanted to proceed.

At the hearing, your testimony presented the case well, and there was little dispute about the facts. The judge listened carefully and declined to order the other side to do what you wanted them to do.

You are wrong about how our fees work. The flat fee agreements like the one you signed include a payment schedule and a work schedule that go step-by-step together. They are set up that way for good reasons. One is to help clients deal with the unexpected costs of legal issues. Another is so we can plan our own work schedule and budget.

If the case is dropped after only one or two steps on the schedule, then you only pay for the work done. If it proceeds through all the steps to the end, as yours did, then the entire fee is earned.

We went all the way with you - strategizing, communicating, documenting and preparing the case, and representing you at the hearing in another county. We even prepared an appeal but at that point you decided not to go further.

We do our best to make our fees reasonable and predictable, so working Arkansans can afford proficient legal representation.

All my reviews have been honest and the ones in the future will be honest. The fact is that Lion Legal Services was not the best value for me. My experience was not good. The snarky and arrogant responses, in private emails after I fired you, is what sold me on the real Lion Legal Services, which isn't what you want the public or prospective clients to see. The responses you're giving to my reviews are not what I experienced. My job now is to now give my perspective and that's what I'm doing. You can continue to try and defend your firm and float fantasies of appeals which are lies, but I will not stop telling about my experience. People need to read the contract well and not feel so desperate to sign anything. People need to know the real Lion Legal Services is not what's advertised.

Stay away from this company for criminal cases. They charge to much and won't accomplish more than a public defender. Stand up for your clients. Not the prosecutor's.

You already commented on Google reviews. This is absurd. Becca kept you out of prison - you were charged as a habitual felon and they had you on video committing another violent offense - keeping you out of prison was a miracle not many attorneys could pull off.

First you need to know what your talking about when you respond. Second there was no habitual charge. So stay in your own lane when you don't know the facts.
