      1/4/2025 Blue Truck Moving did a fine job answering the phone, scheduling delivery date and time, and handling everything. The driver and crew were nice and polite. Brian and Shane were amazing. They went above customer service. I would recommend the Little Rock location. This is the location that served me. Thank you!

      The staff was friendly, but that was the only positive aspect of the experience. Unfortunately, they damaged my flooring and a pillow insert. They opened the boxes inside my house, creating a mess with dust and small Styrofoam pieces everywhere, which took me a considerable amount of time to clean up. Additionally, the delivery staff discarded three boxes in the trash area and two on top of the dumpsters. ( didn't break the boxes down)( didn't dispose of the boxes properly)

      Good Morning Mersiha, I am extremely sorry you experienced such a poor delivery experience. This is not what we teach and train our crews and we will be addressing this immediately. I am, however, trying to find your order and cannot seem to locate it. Was the order under your name? The zip code associated with your review is an Iowa one which is not where we service so we are just trying to nail this down to address and correct!

      Blue Truck somehow messed up my phone number on the day of my delivery. They called the wrong number so I never knew they were trying to deliver. They didn't think to call their dispatcher to verify the phone number. Then they refused to do anything to fix the missed delivery, forcing me to wait another 7 days. Our business consequently lost approximately $1500 is revenue as a result of their missed delivery. Unprofessional. Untrustworthy. Unskilled.

      Dear Mr Mattice,

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience with Blue Truck. We take all customer comments seriously and strive to provide excellent service, so I wanted to personally reach out regarding the issues you raised in your review.

      After carefully looking into the specifics of your delivery, I wanted to give some explanation regarding the processes and protocol we follow and I believe there may have been some misunderstanding about a few key points:

      * We apologize that the number provided to us on the order was incorrect, however, the delivery date of 7.20 was approved through the calendar provided to you. We then finalize the route and provide a time frame to you. The time frame of 1 - 5 pm was also then provided to you for approval.

      * Our delivery crew arrived to your home and attempted delivery. They waited for 15 minutes and then contacted Deliveright to document the attempted delivery.

      * Deliveright later provided you with our driver's number, unfortunately our hub is out of Little Rock and when delivering to the Memphis area, our crews are often on two day routes to cover the area and volume. It is not always feasible to return to an attempted delivery.

      * Our crew tried to explain the protocol they were to follow with our vendors, but were spoken to very poorly.  When our supervisor called to try and relay the infomation as well, he was repeatedly told he and everyone involved were idiots and incapable of doing anything. Please understand that our crews are on long routes, providing service to many and often involving different scenarios. They did everything they could to provide the delivery of your two leather sofas to your home and belittling and insulting our crew and supervisor was unnecessary.

      We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. Our goal is always to ensure our customers have an outstanding experience, and we regret that we fell short of that in your case.

      We would welcome the opportunity to make this right. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continually improve.

      So I set up a delivery for white glove. The deliver Company shows up with the sorry we missed you sign and placed it on the door and left. They did not knock. They ignored my calls sending me to voicemail 5 times. I messaged them and asked if they would return and responded no. So I contacted their office and after 30 minutes, camera footage, and screenshots of the voicemail and the text from them, they convinced them to return. Almost 5 hours later. The delivery company calls me back. They inform me they are on their way and to answer the door this time. They show up. Stand in front of our door. And tell us they do not assemble because it’s not their job to do so. Then. They bring the items inside. My husband tells them again they need to assemble it. They refuse and go to their vehicle and ignore my husband. After 30 minutes of them being rude and unprofessional toward my husband, my husband tells them to leave our property. The Coleman company calls me and informs me I’m lying. That didn’t happen. They would not refund. And provided no solutions.

      Unable to schedule pick up, to cancel pick up, I wasted 2 full days waiting for them. Very unprofessional, terrible organization, and at least twice more expensive than the concurrence. Avoid at all cost.

      I am very sorry for your experience.  Can you provide more information as we are not able to find a pick up order for you in our system for us to research more and find out what happened? We are a final mile delivery company located in Arkansas.  We do not collect from individuals as we are contracted through vendors to provide deliveries that require two men.

      Ordered from Home Depot. Blue truck delivery has twice damaged my purchase. They do not adhere to their delivery instructions. Worst experience ever.

      Text messages kept me posted about delivery details, they were right on time. Kyle and Taiwan were friendly, handled my furniture with care, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Would definitely recommend! Thanks guys, Happy Holidays!

      Worst service ever! I contacted them multiple time sharing when I was out of town for my delivery. They refused to adjust their schedule and continued to schedule my delivery for when I was gone. Don’t use this company if possible. They still will not confirm my delivery and are making me wait another week. This delivery was urgent timing due to a medical condition. They have no compassion for people and refuse to help or offer any flexibility.

      We apologize about the delay. These deliveries are white glove/installations and can be very challenging to install due to it being a nordic track. These take a very special skilled team to deliver and install, and sometimes the customer's schedule and our install team's schedule can be hard to get the exact times due to the complexity of both sides. We do our best to meet all customer needs.

      If I could rate -10, I would. Worse customer service experience I have EVER had at all levels. They were scheduled to deliver on Saturday, called Friday and moved to Wednesday (4p.m. to 8p.m.). At 4:15 on Wednesday, I called the office to confirm we were on the delivery truck, "Yes, you are". Waited at the property until 8:30p.m., no call, no show. I called the office and left message at 6:30a.m., on Thursday and again at 9:15am, 11:15am, and 2:00pm. No returned call. I finally got someone on the phone at 4p.m. who would not discuss WHY the shipment wasn't delivered, nor where my delivery was. They wanted to schedule for Saturday, 1-5p.m, and I asked to be first on the delivery schedule as I was not sitting for another 5 hours waiting. The woman was quite rude and said 1 to5 and wouldn't commit to a first delivery drop even though I am less than 5 miles from the location. I said I was going to call the manufacturer and she told me "Do what you need to do". I called back left another voicemail stating I wanted the manager to call me back which he did after I threatened to have a lawyer call them. The manager was very apologetic and agreed they just needed to communicate better and promised to call me the next morning to arrange delivery same day delivery (Friday). No call and did not answer the voicemail I left at 11:45a.m. asking for a delivery time. They delivered the cabinets and left them on the front step in the pouring rain around 1p.m. When I finally found out they had delivered them it was 4:00 - they were a soaking mess. When I finally got the manager to call me back, after several more phone calls - he stated my phone number (which he called me on the previous evening) was not on the work sheet and they had called my daughter's number instead. This is not what we had discussed the day prior. He told me to do what I felt necessary, i.e notify the BBB. Their indifference and lack of professionalism are beyond comprehension. DO NOT USE THEM!!

      Thank Heaven I found out how bad this company is! I cancelled my order for a large screen TV with Amazon Prime after numerous cancellations on their part. Reading the reviews on them, seems their trucks break down 99% of the time. Really??? You (supposedly) drove 3+ hours, got to within 11 miles of my home, sent me a text with a disconnected number at almost 9 PM and then went back. Guessing you never left Little Rock! Amazon, please, if NSD cannot sub contract better shippers, stop using them and NEVER USE BLUE TRUCK! BBB you need a FAR LOWER RATING THAN 1 STAR FOR THIS COMPANY!
