      If you want reliable internet connection look elsewhere. I have never seen such horrible service and issues before. 3 modems were bad because I kept getting re-furbished ones per the techs that came out. All within a year at that, and now the new on I have is out...
      -Out June 23rd. Fixed Jun 26th
      -Out July 12th. Fixed July 13th
      -Out August 27th Fixed same day
      -Out Sept 18th. Fixed Sept 19th
      -Out Sept 26th. Currently out.
      See the pattern here...so I call, they can't get anyone out till Wednesday OCT 1st and will try to expedite my ticket.
      Just no. Paying for a service they can't provide i have decided to end my dealings with them.

      If I could leave negative stars i would!!!! I have used this company for 8 months. Out of 8 months i have had one billing cycle go through smoothly. They have a great scam set up going for them. Every month it appears that my payment processes. I get a conformation number and a zero balance. Yet the payment doesn't come out. I start getting messages about my past due balance. When I contact customer service, i just get bounced around by the rudest people ever and get told nobody knows, it says zero balance and get transferred to financial. Here they inform me that for whatever reason my payment did not process and now I have all kinds of late and reconnect fees. Today while verifying my information Jeanine slipped and gave the wrong zip code then corrected herself when I told her that was wrong. Then verifies that she had corrected it!!!!! What???? I suggest not using the autopay because thats where they can play this scam out. Call every month. Just for clarity, The account my payment comes out of is set up for kinetic only. Nothing else. Because when i first started with them they sold my info and was getting attempts to hack into my account. There is zero reasons for any payment for them to not come out or have any issues coming out.

      I canceled services three months ago and received a termination letter saying my services were disconnected. I was charged three months with no modem. I handed the modem to someone from the office back in June and he said he would take care of everything. I am now paying for two internet companies and never knew it. I was told that I can't get a refund since I didn't mail in my modem and never told them. Now I am out almost $300.00. Run away people......even their technicians don't know what they are doing. It's probably sitting in some box in a back room. I wish he didn't accept my modem. Now I pay half price with another company. I'm glad I left when I did.

      I signed up and was told I would get 100 gift card for signing up. never received it, called about it, said they would get the request sent over and to allow 30-45 days. waited over 30 days, called back for update. was told that I was no longer eligible because it was removed from my account and now it's too late to add it since my account is over 6 months old!!! after doing some googling, it appears im not the only one that has had promo issues with kinetic.dont trust what you're told by kinetic!!

      I have never been more upset with this company, now with them for 4 years. My services were out yesterday all day, I work from home and had to miss work and get a write up as well. They want to credit me only $20. Ridiculous . Mind you by bill is $84 but Since I missed A WHOLE DAY I lost $129 of my pay and again a write up. Talked to 4 **** Supervisors named Romaine, Kevin, Julie, Erin who all were like a recording machine. All said the same thing. If I lived somewhere else where I could get other services I would LEAVE THIS COMPANY in a heartbeat! They are rude/don't listen and say the same thing.

      Lost Internet on July 29. It’s been eight days with no Internet and for some reason they keep on sending the same technician out without any help to finish the job they claim he’s coming out to fix the job and will have it done and I was guaranteed it would be fixed, but that’s a crock. I see by other reviews that they are starting to drop the ball on fixing or getting people Internet service. Switching back to cable Internet.

      Kinetic is a joke! I turned my services off in March. I’m still getting charged to this day for services when someone has already moved into my old house and they are even paying for services now. I have called 9 times and emailed and every time they say they will fix it and it never gets fixed! They owe me 50 dollars from me paying to much the month of March and I still haven’t got it back they are still charging me monthly for internet service I don’t even have! If you want my opinion go with a different internet service! I’ve never had so many troubles with an internet service in my life!

      If I could leave zero stars i would. The internet works fine....when it's even working. I have had MULTIPLE 2-3 day outages. When I asked this time what caused the outage they simply said it was internal problems. Those "internal problems" took a full day to fix and were apparently just software issues. They have so many at this point that you would think they would have learned to fix them faster. Then they report that the outage is over on the app. The only problem is that it isn't and there is apparently a separate outage ticket for now re-syncing the physical equipment boxes with the fixed software and that could apparently take all day tomorrow as well. To presumably unplug and replug or cycle power is going to possibly take a full day?! I also find it odd that they are able to report that an outage is over when no one has internet still. I know they have metrics they are reaching for and it seems fishy that they are able to actually report to their customers that the issue is fixed and you have to call in to learn that in fact it is not fixed, just not being reported on the app. They also must only have 1 person in their IT department because I honestly have no idea how it can take 9 hours to fix a software issue where no actual techs were needed to travel to a work site and physically fix anything. I have nothing good to say about this company besides they do provide decent internet, but again that is only when they are actually able to provide internet. If you work from home stay far away from kinetic and windstream in general unless your boss is okay with you missing 3 days of work because you have to be on a secure verified network and can ONLY work from home.

      Kinetic Windstream has horrible Internet connection. Had our modem replaced twice, still having issues, they were supposed to overnight a third modem. Four days later, no modem. Called only to find out it was just first sent out, and now being told 3 to 5 more days till we receive it. When I asked to speak to the Supervisors Manager, I was told there was no one available. Going back to Xfinity, they at least have great service. You get what you pay for.

      So far kinetic has been a disaster… lost internet for 3 weeks in less than 2 months.. they were supposed to bury a line and did not do it after 2 months.. service technicians say they are coming one day and don’t show up.. I are going to have to change service because i had cable for 20 years and never had a glitch,,.unbelievable how crappy these guys are..
