I had a good experience with upack using old dominion. Old dominion worked with me bring multiple trailers to our new location in NC. My wife and I are attempting to downsize after living in one home for 32 years. This was a fantastic service. Scheduling was easy they were on time and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend if you’re moving across states. Our move was from Missouri to Pennsylvania. Drivers were helpful beyond just driving. Your items are secure all along they way Five Stars plus!!!!!U-Pack

I moved from CA to TX and used U Pack services. The truck was clean, straps, dividers (bulkhead in trucking language), load locks which came down from the ceiling were provided in the truck along with a ramp. Although the ramp is much steeper than a normal U-Haul or Penske truck, due to its height, it's very sturdy and completely manageable. They deliver the truck and then you load it and also same on delivery. I had a few things that I should have packed a little better, but nothing was broken or beyond repair. I would say if you had bulky items next to each other than you should make sure you have enough coverage so that normal rubbing during transit does not affect it. Overall, my experience was great. Delivery and pick up were timely and with great service. if I had to move again, I would definitely use their services for a second time.U-Pack

WOW! Fantastic, seamless experience! I've used state-to-state movers before that costs $12,000+, even after having to leave some things behind because the cost was based on weight and number of items. Not with U-Pack... U-Pack cost is based only on space used and all pricing is calculated up front. Every delivery and pick-up was very timely, even ahead of schedule sometimes. Communication along the way was clear and concise, and all our questions were answered immediately. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful, understanding, and prompt. Our entire state-to-state move with U-Pack was exceptional, even down to the dollar! We will definitely use them with any future moves and definitely recommend them to others! Moving is a headache for most, but when you choose to move with U-Pack, moving is made much easier and a lot less stressful! Thank you, U-Pack!!U-Pack

I requested a quote from this company and spent nearly an hour on a chat, going over redundant information. It was obvious they were keeping people stuck on the line before receiving any real information about price or process. The quote wasn’t much higher than other companies, but the process was absolutely slimy and not worth any consideration.U-Pack

In all, was a great experience. Regretful that we didn't use them for previous moves. Quote was accurate - we were told we didn't need to be present when the trailer was picked up; that wasn't 100% correct- while you don't HAVE TO be present, it is recommended and requested by the trucking/ logistics company. The guy dropping the trailer was new and it was obvious but the gal picking up the trailer was skilled and impressive. Wish I had gotten her name - she handled the tight turns and navigated neighborhood and car-lined streets with precision. I would definitely use Upack again for any long distance move.U-Pack
